Sleep in a very comfortable double-bed, refresh in the en-suite shower and wet-room, utilise the well-equipped kitchen and relax watching TV, listening to the radio, reading or playing games. Like walking or cycling? Use our extensive knowledge of routes, use our boot wash, indoor bike store, bike wash & work station and drying room.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

This recently renovated barn is in a country setting a mile from Orton village in the Westmorland Dales bordering the Lake District National park. Approx 5 minutes from J38 &39 of M6, in easy reach of Orton village’s amenities of pub, cafe, shop, chocolate factory and local farm shop. Ideal as base a for exploring the local area or a stopover en-route to & from the north. Dogs welcome with enclosed garden and walks from the doorstep. Barn annexe La’L Skaithe

2 miles from Kirby Stephen, annexe to the main house with own entrance and use of garden in front of the property, outdoor seating. Own front door and a small porch area . We welcome dogs to stay. Bathroom with step into the large shower and non slip mat available , a living and kitchen area with a comfy sofa, table and chairs and a cooker and hob ( no cooker extractor) microwave and fridge. A door leads off the living and kitchen area to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

On the outskirts of Winton in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside in AONB is our 2 bedroom/4 person total (including children) holiday cottage. This cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Be in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, breath in the fresh air and come home to your own modern yet country-feeling cottage. Hot tub, seating area at the back, and private entrance all included. Please note there are quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Hot tub can be used at anytime
