This memorable place is anything but ordinary and the perfect resting place after a day walking the beautiful coastline of South West Cornwall or just enjoying some down time. Positioned between St Ives and Landsend with fantastic views down the coast. This perfectly formed studio has everything you need from a full size shower, a log burner and an extra comfortable king size bed. We are also situated between two fabulous pubs, The Tinners Arms and the Gurnard's Head, if you fancy dinning out.

A delightful barn conversion set in a tranquil area of West Cornwall. This single storey barn conversion is in a quiet location yet close to Penzance and local beaches. The cottage is on one level (single step in places) and has a fully enclosed south facing garden. The cottage is decorated to a high standard and has a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, one with en suite wet room. The cottage makes an excellent base with south coast beaches 10 mins drive away and St Ives 20 mins drive.

The Old Studio

This former artist's studio, music room and occasional accommodation has been recently updated to provide a unique and quirky holiday retreat with large studio room with double bed and sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. The wooden building with veranda stands alone in a tree lined paddock with plenty of outside space and fire pit. It's in an ideal location to enjoy West Cornwall's rugged coastline and beaches, with easy access to Penzance (10 min) and St Ives (15 min). The Gurnard's Head and the Tinners Arms pubs are only a 5 min drive.
