Amazing stay for a 30th family celebration. The sun was shining so we spent most our time at the house on the terrace! Perfect location with the surrounding scenery. We had a slight issue with the hot tub room, due to previous guests. But this was quickly resolved! Can’t fault the hosts or the house. Would definitely love to return for another celebration in the future one day! Thanks again

Lovely cottage in a perfectly idyllic setting tucked away 5 mins from all amenities in Ambleside. Very clean and well equipped and Catherine was very easy to deal with. Would be happy to return.

Fabulous stay here at Easter everything about the house exactly as described. Margaret kept in touch along the way and check-in was easy just as explained. Plenty of space for 5 guests and extra bonus the hot tub. Downside though due to location, tried to order a takeaway using one of the leaflets in the house but when rang them they said they didn’t deliver that far. So take along plenty of provisions!!!

Amazing place to stay for a family get together with great facilities and amenities. We had a lovely stay for 4 nights and everything was as advertised. The host is lovely and always ready to help or answer any questions you may have.

Our stay at Sandysike was lovely, it was everything we hoped for and more. The instructions to find the property were clear and we were met with no problems. Both Sharon and her husband are lovely. I had some car problems and they went above and beyond to help and were super accommodating. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, clean and welcoming stay. Thank you both for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse in the Lake District. The place was immaculately tidy, with a very well-catered kitchen that had everything we needed—perfect for cooking up a proper Easter Sunday roast, which we were lucky enough to enjoy outside in the garden thanks to some glorious spring sunshine. The wood burner made the evenings extra cosy, and the peaceful, beautiful surroundings made for a truly relaxing break. Diana was excellent—friendly, helpful, and very responsive. highly recommended!

Nick went above and beyond in supporting our trip. We were 10 adults 6 kids, for me the old worldly feel & nature showing through every window was unreal-Every room felt unique & special. Some family messages below to help summarize the home :) •Aged 11: The house was lovely one of the best experiences I’ve ever been to, it is a massive place and it was a really nice fun place in a little town •Aged 45: It was a wonderful stay and exactly as described. Beautiful peaceful surroundings, very close to village but feels like we were out in the country. House, Beautifully decorated, big but yet felt very cosy. Everything you could possibly need was provided for. Outside amenities included a hot tub which was the icing on the cake of a magnificent property •Aged 74: Such a wonderful ambience for a family gathering so peaceful •Aged 43: Nothing like having you're own personal hotel for a weekend :) Aged 12: I want to live there, it was gorgeous. Just back from three nights and we had such a wonderful time. The property is in a great location with it being walking distance to bowness but also secluded. Kitchen amenities all great, excellent spec bathroom and very clean all round. We had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be booking again.

We booked on the day we wanted to arrive. Dispite a last minute booking our hosts were friendly and sent all the information we needed quickly. It is a beautiful, relaxing and well equipped home. Sitting out on an evening was lovely and the hot tub was the cherry on top! Lovely relaxing home surrounded by trees, even saw a fox one night.

Fabulous family break. Peaceful site, immaculate accommodation, and excellent communication from Martin. He managed to give us an early check in without us asking, and messaged us to let us know. Hot tub was the favourite with the kids, and the dog loved the endless walks. We would love to come back, thank you

A spotlessly clean cabin in a beautiful location. Photos are accurate of what to expect, a home from home with a hot tub and morning visits from squirrels! A short drive from otterburn and other local villages. Set in beautiful surroundings and not overlooked by other holiday makers. 10/10, we will be coming again!!

Beautiful venue and a great price for what’s available would definitely recommend to friends Very responsive hosts and lots of wildlife to enjoy in the peace and quiet would definitely visit again in future

lovely place to stay! will definitely be booking again in the future loved even the small things like having games for to play with, welcome package, having wifi and also speaker to use. The only thing we said was that we wish it had abit more privacy around the hot tub but that’s just personal opinion thank you so much for a wonderful and memorable stay

Went on a couples trip with 8 people to Julia’s gorgeous place. Was everything and more we could’ve hoped for. The pictures do not do the view justice!!! Very clean and well equipped, was so memorable.
