A fully self contained guest suite at the rear of my Victorian Cottage which is situated on the beautiful Levan River. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of the town and wharf precinct. A homely breakfast is prepared for you to enjoy in the dining room. Off street parking provided. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

Base for commuting to Cradle Mountain, Stanley and the many other attractions on the North West and West Coast. Twenty minutes to the Spirit of Tas Ferry and within 2 regional airports. Badger's View Cottage farmstay

Escape to our country cottage on a 130 acre sheep farm. Enjoy modern comforts, stunning country views with close proximity to the charming towns of Latrobe and Sheffield. Just 20 minutes to the Spirit of Tasmania and a 1 hour drive to Cradle Mountain. Wild Mersey Mountain Bike trail is opposite our driveway giving enthusiasts quick access. Riverside Gardens at Acacia Hills

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds and extra single bed and cot available on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

Coles Beach is 300m away. The Don reserve, aquatic centre, historic railway and Bluff cafe/restaurants are all within easy walking distance via pathways.

Staying in my apartment you will enjoy a quiet and very comfortable experience. You will appreciate the convenience of a 3 minute drive to the "Spirit of Tasmania" ferry service, a short 10 minute drive from Devonport Airport & 6 minute drive to Devonport CBD, Beaches, Cafes & Restaurants. There's easy access to cycling and walking tracks. Tourist destinations such as Sheffield, Lake Barrington, Mt. Rolland, Cradle Mountain, Stanley & Boat Harbour Beach are within a 30 min to 1.5 hour drive.

Separate from the main house our studio has a double bedroom, full kitchen, living space, bathroom & laundry. The studio looks out over our garden and courtyard, which can be used by guests. Please note our garden is also enjoyed by our young children. Located a short 10 minute drive from the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry, perfect for those early morning sails or late arrivals. A short walk to the Bluff area (15 mins) or to shops and cafes including Hill Street Grocer (10 mins).

Inspired by reflections of yesteryear the cottage pays homage to the pioneers of the highlands, and the huts they lived in. You will be taken back to the times of our pioneers in this rustic cottage, but don't be misled by the simplistic exterior, inside, you will find everything you need to help you "Rewind, Relax, Rejuvenate."

Mersey River Cottage - Ocean Views in town centre

Mersey River Cottage. Built 1888 this unique and fully restored cottage sitting high on the hill overlooking the ocean and the Mersey harbour. It is only a 400metre walk to the town centre where you will enjoy the cafes, restaurants, shops, cinemas, clubs and pubs. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining, two living areas, laundry, two verandas to capture the views and courtyard with a large picnic table setting to relax.
