A great place to house many people. Mostly comfortable beds (the two downstairs aren't amazing), good water pressure and great outdoor living. Pemmy was very responsive to any issues we had and always had a prompt solution/answer. A couple minor things to be aware of; the floor can be a bit creaky in places, you will need to tiptoe around at night/morning to not wake anybody, but it will still creak. The main ensuite hand basin design paired with the tap design splashes water everywhere, and the water pressure in the shower isn't as good (but not unusable) as the main bathroom. For a large group, we'd easily book again as the space was perfect, the linen was plentiful, beds/couch comfortable, and anything we needed help with Pemmy was readily available to help solve for. What a beautifully styled home - straight from the pages of Vogue magazine! The location is 200m from Lune Croissant which was a fantastic spot to grab morning coffee and treats. And the bed and linen was an absolute dream! Lucas was a super responsive host and helped with any requests quickly. Loved my stay!

Great location near the beach and walking distance to Mentone town centre.

Raymond’s place is close to public transport (tram) and to the city. Makes it easy to get around Melbourne. You can feel comfortable in Raymond’s house. The available parking at the rear of the house is a huge bonus if you have a large car. Raymond is well prepared for his guests with extra keys and tram cards. Little things that make the stay easier and more enjoyable.

Robyn was the most courteous host anyone could wish for nothing, was too much trouble. Her home is beautiful and everything was provided. All amenities provided and she add sure our stay was as comfortable as possible I could not fault Robyn or her property in any way and it was a privilege to meet her and stay in her home. Thank you.

What a beautiful house. We stayed here because the original property we booked through air bnb (another of Kim’s properties) was unexpectedly unavailable so Kim was good enough to upgrade us free of charge to this house. Location was beautiful, lovely park less than a minute from the house great for our 3 year old. Nice and clean, spacious, lovely garden. My partner was super happy with his 40th birthday trip. Melbourne was awesome we will definitely be back. Thanks Kim we had a great time.

A wonderful place to stay and relax for a few days. Super quiet and felt like home. Ash was very responsive and helpful- will definitely stay again next time we’re over.

The Airbnb was perfect and included any ammenities and essentials that were required. The host was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had and went above and beyond with their recommendation and service. I look forward to staying here again!

Anne’s place was such a lovely, cute and clean place. While modern, it gave a very cozy and warm vibe to it and made it very comfortable for us. Location is perfect for people who wants to escape the city while still have the convenience of entering it when they want to. The beach/pier was nearby and just gave us city dwellers a perfect getaway :)

Lewis went above and beyond what was required - we had long air flights across time zones so he made sure we had the instructions for the lock box. The flat is very close to lots of eateries and Lewis has details of which streets to look along. It’s close to the CBD and just opposite a large park, and the flat is lovely inside. A great place to stay.

Love to stay at Erin’s house. Everything was perfect and Erin was an amazing host. This was our second time and already looking forward to come back.

Dean and Kristen were very helpful and they responded quickly to questions and enquiries. Even when we ran into a problem with the garage remote, they were on the ball and fixed it straight away (thankyou so much again, we appreciate how promptly you helped us!!) The apartment was perfect for us 3 adults, and exactly like the photos. Would love to stay again in the warmer months to utelise the outdoor space. Private parking was a added bonus!! Location is amazing, minutes walk to a main street full of restaurants, take away shops, supermarkets, stores etc. Will definitely stay again!! Thanks Dean and Kristen

What a beautiful air BnB! The location was amazing, watched the most unreal sunset from the garden. Anne was so responsive and hospitable, always willing to chat and help us out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air BnB spotless. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This Apartment is spacious, easy to manage and offers a gorgeous view. The Apartment is well located and was suitable for 2 adults and 2 young children.

Light and airy, compact, neat apartment on Level 1 of a very low-rise apartment block in the heart of Fitzroy. Great having more space than just a bedroom when staying several days, including a small plant-filled balcony. Big glass windows let in lots of light. Very close to all the vibrancy of inner-city living (so expect a few loud people walking down side streets and some Tram and traffic noise but that's the whole point of staying inner city right?) . Great access to retail shops of all kinds, numerous restaurants, supermarkets, groovy cafes (even welcoming green park spaces not far away). Art's place was a great base for walking everywhere but also Tram-rides just a short walk away. I highly recommend Art's place.

The views were / are stunning! I actually could figure out the tv lol over all , highly recommended ! 10/10

Shellie & John's place was amazing. When you arrive there is a little picnic basket at your door full of local goodies. Whether you enjoy nature or not, this place is the perfect place to recharge. The Kookaburras show up every morning & join you for breakfast on the balcony. Shellie was very easy to deal with, easily contactable & very helpful. We will definitely be returning, whether it's for a special occasion or a weekend away. Highly recommended!

couldn't have been happier with our stay, absolutely lovely! the property is beautiful, and the accommodation was great. birds to feed right outside the living area, and a breakfast hamper filled with local breakfast produce, what more could we want.

We found Malcolm & Hanna's place a great place to recharge the batteries. Lots of greenery out the windows, clucking chickens gifting us daily fresh eggs, a cosy fire on a comfie couch... we were very happy, and most importantly Rosie our doggo was in heaven exploring the grounds and playing with resident doggos. Hosts were super responsive. Nice people with nice pets.

Was a great experience! have never been up in the ranges and it was a beautiful night , nice drives and scenery and the accomodation was very cozy with the fireplace and even board games.

Our honeymoon at Kate's Airbnb was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, Kate's warmth and thoughtfulness made us feel so special. The personalized welcome letter was such a heartfelt touch, and we were blown away by the farm-fresh produce in the fridge and the delicious, homemade freshly baked bread. Every detail was perfect, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort and charm. The scenery was breathtaking, with stunning views and wildlife that made every moment unforgettable. Kate is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. We can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise! Highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable experience. We have stayed at a few bnbs now with a similar country charm but Eleventh Oak is by far our favourite trip to date.

I really enjoyed my stay and really appreciated the quiet serenity and privacy offered at Botanica Retreat. The gardens are beautiful offering a very peaceful setting and was exactly what I needed for my break. It’s very close to the village, close to walking paths and has everything you need. It’s very homey, beautifully appointed furniture, linens, decor etc, and Karen offers some really nice touches to make it feel like home. Will definitely be back!
