I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

Excellent accommodation and location, a real memorable trip. The restaurant is pretty much 'on-site' and was excellent. One negative - the hob. Seems like a small thing but when you are cooking for 8 and struggling to hold water at the boil it is frustrating. It was so weak. Since it is accommodation for 8, it really ought to be a more powerful hob. Frying bacon took *ages* ! Otherwise amazing, and highly recommended *****

We had an amazing week at Nether Glenny! The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and endless opportunities for walking right from the cottage. Alison was extremely accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring the beautiful local area. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with fantastic hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved staying at Julie and Ians place. The scones and prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch and a fab way to start of our weekend! The location was just stunning and we enjoyed having a wee dip in the river at the end of the garden! Would highly recommend this place as it was perfect for making a nice meal and enjoying each others company. Thanks so much for hosting us!

You cannot get a better spot than this if you are a tourist in Edinburgh. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen and sauna brand new. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely lovely time at Ali's place. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Hot tub and garnden really make the place with stunning views. Easy access to Edinburgh by train and car and also the Fife coastal path. We loved it! would be very happy to return again one day. Ali was the perfect host.

Fantastic house, amazing views, lots of space and lovely to be on a farm. Great walk up largo law and lots to do to close by, only a short car journey to get to each location.

Beautiful relaxing cottage in a very peaceful and convenient part of Scotland. Easy drive from the airport if you have satnav/ GPS. The furnishings and especially the bedding was of top quality, much better than you would expect in a rental unit. Very friendly, knowledgeable welcoming and responsive hosts. Beautiful walk through their farmland from the cottage, Libby came over to welcome us and ensure all was well. She brought two very friendly sheep dogs that work with them on the farm.

Absolutely superb. A family Christmas enjoyed by all, including Finn the Whippet. Maggie could not have been more helpful, pleasant and supportive. The property includes a delightful garden, ample parking, lovely views (dawn can be special), local walks and shopping and easy access to Dunfermline (10 mins), Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh. In this difficult financial time, we enjoyed first class value for our money. Thank you Maggie.

Johnny was a great host! Helpful and responsive whenever we had questions and came to greet us/show us around the first evening. There were plenty of clean linens for bathing and kitchen use, the kitchen was well stocked to make whatever meals you might desire. Plenty of space for our party of 8, and beautiful views of the surrounding hills and countryside. We really enjoyed our stay!

Georgie was a wonderful host, and very kind and responsive when we got lost trying to find the space. It was cozy, and her garden was lovely. It got a little chilly outside the room since the only heat was a portable radiator, but other than that, it was a great getaway for our time in Scotland. Thanks Georgie for your hospitality!

It was really nice there, we felt from the beginning like at home and for the kids was simply perfect with kids toys and games and a very nice garden. Beds are very confortable and for the two colder days we had, heating worked perfectly. We were without car and the location to go by train to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and some other nice towns close by is perfect. I would totally recommend it. Thanks a lot Sofie! This apartment was everything everyone else has said about it. To arrive and see the view from the lounge was draw-dropping. The welcome package was very much appreciated, the best so far. The bus stop right outside was perfect and made trips into the city so easy. The village has some wonderful pubs which we enjoyed. The 2 flights of stairs were a bit of a challenge to get our suitcases up, and once up there the apartment is single level. David was really responsive and sorted out a heating issue immediately. The shower is walk-in, which is easier than being over a bath. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Maggie’s cottage in Dunning is a true gem. The place is beautifully set up, with a cosy but clean feel. The garden and retro hot tub add another dimension and make this an unforgettable stay. We will be back! Thanks a lot

A great getaway with loads to do close by for whatever mood you're in - great towns and cities like Calendar and Stirling less than half an hour away, equally beautiful countryside and multiple waterfalls, lochs and walks to choose from on the doorstep. Our toddler loved the on site swimming pool and the grown ups enjoyed the peaceful views from the hot tub too! Rosie was so friendly and accommodating.

This was our first visit to Cameron House and we were not disappointed, the lodge was perfect for us and the resort had plenty of activities on offer (if you wanted to do them). We visited in August and there were various activities available for different age ranges. We had teenagers so they were interested in clay shooting, bubble football, private cinema, golf and although there was a cost for these it was not unreasonable. Plus there was the indoor pool, gym and range of fitness classes. Plus of course there is the great outdoors with fantastic scenery and Loch Lomond itself. The host was really helpful and answered all my questions really well. I would have no hesitation going back.

Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

This is a super place to stay . Modern and tasteful in a beautiful historic building, right on the riverside. It is super clean, very comfortable beds, plenty big soft towels . It feels like a home from home as Anthony has put so much thought and care into making the apartment so welcoming .

Karan was extremely responsive, great communication. Place was worth every penny compared to other hires in the park. Only issue we had was that the caravan had a horrible stench when we got there, most likely something the previous people cooked as the place didn’t have an extractor fan on the hob. We messaged Karan and he sent someone over to refill the air freshener but the odour over powered so took more than a day to die out. Other than that we had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to others.
