If you want a winter wonderland this is the place to book. The house was beautiful, spacious and a well equipped kitchen We came for our work team retreat and this was perfect. We used the fireplace outside, the big table in the inside and the living room area As a group of 8 and a little dog the space was perfect for us. Please consider the snow and your comfortability with it: We came in December. Once we got closer ( probably the last 30 mins of the drive) if your are not experienced driver in the snow this might make you a bit nervous. The roads were super icy as we were coming in Make sure you bring a good vehicle that is ready for this type of weather. The house is on a hill and we were too afraid to drive up the hill where the house was. There is a parking area down the hill. We parked there and had to haul our things up the hill to the house which was quiet a workout. There were sleights to bring stuff up but it was definitely a workout but honestly worth it !

Steven was a wonderful host! The place was very clean and organized and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was another great amenity! Steven was so quick to respond and help us out with anything we needed!

Dawn's guest house above the detached garage was very comfortable and fully outfitted for a true home away from home experience - just pack your bags! Very clean & cozy. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The beds were very comfortable and the living room was relaxing. Great location for walking to Lake Cle Elum, close to The Last Resort to rent snowmobiles, and 10 mins to quaint Roslyns shops/sips. Quiet location. Very responsive hosts and they took the time to implement the special details: huge snack basket, comfort focused, dog basket if you bring a pet, and she even left us a bottle of nice prosecco for our wedding anniversary visit. We would recommend this space for anyone looking for an outfitted, quality home to get away with 2 friends! Thank you for everything and a wonderful visit!

Amazing place, beautiful house, exceptionally clean and cozy. Had everything I needed to work and relax. The sauna is a great addition, my favorite spot on the property.

Kirk is an amazing host and extremely helpful when we ran into a situation at the house. The home itself is so beautiful and so quiet it was an amazing weekend to get away from the noise, sit back and enjoy the views and everyone who came along. I cannot recommend this place enough, had a stocked kitchen, walking distance to the lake, neighbors were friendly and it was overall an amazing stay.

This place was perfect for our 2 families to get away and experience God’s beautiful creation! What an amazing home and incredible scenery! We want to come back again for sure!

Lovely little cabin, very easy to get to. There was a lot of firewood, a lot of utensils and pans, and an easy instruction manual for how to use everything. Very easy spot to get away with two older kids and dogs.

Hi, Marley: Sorry for the late review. One way I would describe our stay is like we rented our own private dog park and stayed there for 2 days. Our dogs, Bo and Rosie, were in pouch heaven, running around in a totally safe, HUGE fenced yard. If our doggos are happy then we are also. This is, without a doubt, the dog friendliest place we have ever rented. Thanks, Marley and Layla. See you again, we hope.

This was the perfect, unique stay for a quick roadtrip! We’ve never stayed at a place so unique before, in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Jonathan was very communicative and friendly, as well as proactive in providing suggestions or quick answers to questions. The home was easy to get into. The description was very accurate, so be sure to read the listing to know everything before you go. The spiral stairs took a minute to get used to, but once we did, it was fine! We also had our pups, and since they’re small, we’re used to carrying them, so the stairs didn’t matter for them, but it may be difficult for other pups or small kids. We had a truck, so getting up the driveway all the way to the tower was easy. If you’re looking for something fun and different, with a great, responsive host, this is your place!
