This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Welcome to the Konocti Lake House! Located on the west side of Lakeport on the water. This house is ideal for groups of anglers or anyone looking for a quiet and scenic neighborhood to relax near the lake. There is easy parking for three truck/boat combos in the front with ample outdoor lighting. Amazing scenery with a land preserve and views of Mount Konocti. This house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you could need to enjoy a vacation to Clearlake.

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Samadhi’s Birdhouse is a quiet retreat perched atop a tiny peninsula that juts out into the southern portion of Clear Lake reaching toward Mount Konocti [Mountain Woman in Pomo].
