Ferienunterkünfte in Clendenin

It’s a perfect place for a vacation of hiking and rafting. We used it as a respite on the halfway point heading home from a southern vacation. It was comfortable, super clean and a supremely well equipped kitchen. There’s a nice neighborhood bar and grill a stones throw away.

Pervis reached out on the day of our check in to give us the preferred travel route and offered his own backyard for sledding options for our family. He was extremely accommodating, including allowing a slightly later checkout. This cabin was beautiful - with multiple hiking trail options and scenic settings. The cabin itself had all the necessary amenities and was great for our 7 member family group! We all had an amazing time and plan to revisit!

Very responsive host. Property and amenities were as described. The host had many additional things in the kitchen /bathroom that made our stay more enjoyable (make up removers, Cotton balls, spices, etc.) We were able to do a bunch of laundry which was huge for a family with kids. Overall, we had a nice stay and the location was fantastic.

The cabin was very clean and comfortably fit the four of us! I was pleasantly surprised when showing up because it was much nicer than the pics showed! We will be back and are super thankful for the memory my family has of our time there!

From booking to check out Sharon was quick to respond and very helpful. We felt right at home from the moment we walked into her house. Beautifully decorated, spacious and has every amenity one would need. No detail was missed for their guests. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find. The home brings a calm for relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We loved our weekend stay and will surely be back.

We loved our stay at the Red Roost! The boys loved the coop. We enjoyed being close to the city but also in the woods. My 8 year old loved all of the different lofts to sleep/play in. This home had all of the little things, forget your backpack for hiking (check), a bin of flashlights (checks), books for reading (check), walking sticks (check). Would love to visit this home again.

Thank you so much, Autumn! We had the best time in your cute cabin for our family Christmas vacation. You were so helpful and kind. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants a home away from home feel with excellent hosts. If we’re ever back in WV we would definitely stay again.

This is the perfect spot for a bachelor party weekend. We came out to do some white water rafting, so the location was perfect. The pool, hot tub, outdoor grill setup is top notch. Our only criticism is that the kitchen is a bit of a wreck with a ton of water leaking out of the fridge and a heck of a lot of mold growing under the sink. That doesn't bother 9 guys on a rafting trip, though. Absolutely would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Craig’s Airbnb in Summersville! The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Craig was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and hassle-free — highly recommend!
