This was my second stay with Kathleen and it’s exceeded my expectations both times. Love the space- tidy, roomy, homey. Will definitely be back!

Place is as exactly as described. Perfect location for being downtown. 10/10 recommendation.

We LOVED the Airbnb!!! This was our first time in Chattanooga and we were not disappointed. We will be coming back!

The perfect stay. The location was exactly as described. It could not have been more perfect for our quick trip to watch Hamilton. The place was immaculate and comfortable. As two females traveling alone we felt very safe and secure. It was easy to find with directions provided by Shaun. We felt well prepared and armed with information for our trip and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

The space was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable with nice white bedding. There is a lot of street noise, but you're in the city, so that's what you should expect. The only thing that would have made it nicer would have been and icemaker. There are a couple of ice cube trays though. JoBeth allowed us to check in early, which was very helpful.

Great place close to downtown we found so much to do and lots of great food - also great gluten free food options for my celiac daughter

Perfect location and perfect place. stayed over the Easter 2025 weekend. Easy walking distance to downtown and felt perfectly safe day and night. I do agree with the comments on parking but it can't be helped. we managed to find a consistent spot but parking in front of the property is the luck of the draw.

Always enjoy staying in Blue Ridge this time of year. Always something to do.

This place was cozy and the town was very peaceful. We had everything we needed to feel right at home.

We truly enjoyed our stay! This condo is new and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. The host was so kind and responsive. I loved it so much, I looked at similar properties to purchase. Yes, it’s that nice. Here are a couple of things that I want to share for guests. This didn’t make me lower my overall five stars, but you should be aware. -There aren’t any televisions in any of the bedrooms. I don’t know how I missed this, but I did. This wasn’t a deal breaker, but if you watch television at night, you will miss it. -The train can be very noisy and constant. There are white noise machines, but oddly enough they disturbed me too. -A big SUV will not fit in the garage, but there is ample parking. -Stove is missing a knob. -Housekeeping left wet towels folded in bed. Again, very minor things. We loved our stay, and didn’t want to leave. Comfort was key! Very close to everything. Pack your earplugs and enjoy!

Had a great stay at Daveys accommodation local and walkable to coffee shops and a nearby brewery. My friends and I were visiting the area for a climbing trip and found Daveys place beyond clean comfortable and spacious to relax in after long days out. I really enjoyed this stay and absolutely will be back.

Conveniently located on the first floor, Anna's condo was convenient to much of what Chattanooga has to offer, including the Convention Center. The condo was nicely decorated and we would absolutely stay here again if it was only 2-3 of us traveling . We had storms come through on Saturday into Sunday and Anna reached out to see if we needed anything. Great host, and a great place to come for a stay in Chattanooga!

so new and cute! had everything for a great stay! the place is actually 3 levels, so just keep that in mind if booking for people who might need help climbing stairs…the kitchen and all bedrooms require climbing stairs:) the place is super quiet in regards to neighbors and don’t worry about its location close to the airport, because the regional airport shuts down flights between @8:00pm and 6:30am!!

My husband and I visited Chattanooga with our two dogs for a wedding. We only stayed a weekend, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The listing was in a great location (walking distance to several restaurants), so clean, great size, and very comfortable/cozy for us. Would 100% recommend this listing for anyone visiting Chattanooga.

Beautiful quiet townhouse with all we needed for a great stay. Very close to the conference we were attending. Close to shops/stores/restaurants. Wonderful hosts who went out of their way to make our stay perfect! Even came out to fix a minor problem to be sure that we were happy. Will definitely look to book in the future. Maybe even more than one of the units they have here. The layout was perfect for our group. A++

The condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities of home. The condo was exceptionally clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Kenny was nice enough to provide information on the mattress when I asked him what type of mattress it was! Kenny provided a list of local recommendations, which was very helpful. The location was perfect and there were many great restaurants within walking distance. I have to say, Kenny really was a "Super Host." He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. And he provided great snacks, plenty of bottled water, and coffee (all much appreciated!).

This was our first time traveling as a family of 3, our first ever using the Airbnb rentals, we made a good choice staying at Karen’s place, everything we wanted to do was within 10 mins. Really enjoyed staying here! We will be back!

This spot felt sooo quiet and private for how close it was to everything! The area it’s in is perfect if you want to walk everywhere without staying in downtown. Also the Murphy bed was so comfy :) Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay. Bed was comfortable. We had something come up and needed to stay an extra nite. The condo wasn’t booked and they made it seamless to add another nite. And walked across the street to Parkway Pourhouse which was a neat good restaurant.

We had a great weekend stay. The condo was clean and felt like it had enough space for the two of us. The host is really responsive and will definitely do their best to accommodate you. The location of the condo is what we really loved. We did bring a car, so if you are ubering everywhere then you may not feel the same way, but it felt like everything was 5-10 minutes away tops. We were able to check out Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain and those were probably the furthest things we did at around a 20 minutes away tops drive, but a lot of the time driving is actually driving to the top of the mountains. Plenty of bars, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful scenery all throughout the city. We would definitely recommend making this your home base if you are wanting to go out and explore around the city like we did.

We enjoyed that it was a quick and beautiful walk to a lot of restaurants and activities, including the Aquarium (and it was across the street from a great restaurant/bar). We had a second car and there was always extra marked places we could park without issues. Jessica was always super prompt and helpful in her replies to us. Thank you! I do recommend it.
