Clean, cozy, and comfortable home away from home is centrally located.. Just blocks from Lincoln Park and 5 minutes from CMU, St. Mary’s Hospital and downtown. The garage is available to be used by guests to park a medium to small car (and bikes). Inside the home, guests will find a well-equipped space that has comfortable mattresses, 65” Smart TV, workspace, and an open concept kitchen. Outside, guests are welcome to enjoy grilling and entertaining under the covered patio and firepit area.

Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.
