A studio annex, providing a perfect space for work or leisure. The annex includes a double bed, cooking and eating area, washing facilities and a bathroom. A cot could be added if required. Wifi and a television are also provided. The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.
