We really enjoyed our stay with Fernando and his team! very chill atmosphere and helpful staff, great pool and only a short walk to the beach. Playa Hermosa is much quieter that Santa Teresa but with the basic infrastructure. highly recommended

Amazing place to stay. El chante is a few mins walk to hermosa beach which in my opinion is nicer than Santa Teresa. LA and Nina helped us organise getting a quad bike and surf lessons and taxis. The place itself is beautiful and the pool is an ideal place to relax in. Couldn’t recommend more!

Perfection. EVERYTHING was better than expected- clean, friendly, convenient. Fernando and co made it easy to just relax and enjoy... were incredibly helpful in setting things up for us and generally just made us feel like we were right where we belong.

Couldn’t recommend more. Fernandos El Chante Surf House provided a delightful living space and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The team at El Chante were always readily available to help, and to answer any questions we had. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and the surfing lessons that Fernando provided. Thanks again :)

Nestled in a secure area located on a small hill, a 5 minute walk to the beach, is NALA. It is a quaint hotel that brings pure peace to the soul. The pool area is kept well-groomed and clean, all one hears is the sounds of nature. There is a spot to work out/yoga looking over the pool. A common area kitchen and big refrigerator is convenient, if the need arises. The studio suite is perfect with a comfortable bed and small patio to relax. As well as a mini fridge for treats. The room was cleaned and restocked with coffee daily. The staff is not only efficient, but kind and always welcomed guests with a smile. One can't help but feel like a small family among the staff and other guests. Everything you can think of is just a quick walk to the main street. And the beach at sunset is something to never forget. I not only recommend this hotel but hope to go back time and time again. Thank you for this little slice of heaven.

My new favorite place to stay in Santa Teresa. Wow. The design of the rooms and the garden are beautiful. You don't realize how big the rooms feel until you're there in person. Super high ceilings, huge shower, very comfortable bed. The kitchen was larger and more functional than I expected and I liked cooking meals there. Pool is beautiful and a serene oasis only steps away from the main road and the beach. The daily maid service made this stay feel like the perfect combo of an Airbnb and a lux hotel. The yoga deck was a great place to stretch and get ready for my morning surf sessions as well. Parking lot is small and the driveway is a bit tricky to navigate so I kept my rental car on the street nearby a few of the nights just because it was easier than dealing with the driveway every time I left but that wasn't a hassle. I've stayed in Santa Teresa many times over the last 7 years and this is my favorite stay. Highly recommend.

Antes de llegar a la estancia, el anfitrión estuvo totalmente atento a nuestras necesidades. Al momento de la llegada nos estaban esperando para entregarnos las llaves y guiarnos a la habitación. Unos huéspedes de último momento decidieron quedarse en la habitación donde nos íbamos a hospedar, sin embargo los anfitriones nos dieron un lugar más grande. El lugar es muy lindo, cálido, limpio, ordenado. Todo está pensado para que descanses y disfrutes al máximo tu estancia. En el lugar se respira tranquilidad, paz y el único sonido que oyes es el de la naturaleza y los animales que rodean el lugar (lapas, monos y distintas aves). Recomendado!

Awesome location & beautiful common areas (pool and gym). The staff is very friendly. WiFi was very quick and never had issues. Jessi was extremely helpful with all our questions ! Great week.

I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars! Our stay at Nala was beyond a dream. The decor and room was beautiful. We made friends by the communal pool, we felt secluded but such a close walk to the heart of town and the most beautiful beaches. The standout though was Jessi, our concierge. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time and trip overall in Santa Teresa. It’s by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an Airbnb and concierge service. They truly care for those who stay and want to ensure you have the best time. I will recommend this to everyone and would honestly come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our time at Santa teresa so memorable and beautiful 🫶
