This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. It’s a perfect location with beach access. Condo was as described and just like the photos. We would definitely stay again.

took my son for a trip to universal studios and feel like I could not have chose a better place than Dennis's! Clean and well stocked with everything you need! walking distance to restaurants grocery and gift shops. 10 mins to universal. all my Lyft rides were a smooth pick up and drop off. pools were amazing! I would 100% book again. Thanks again for the amazing Airbnb ✨🙌🏽

Another fabulous stay, property very clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and only problem experienced was dealt with very quickly. Location is amazing and site itself is well maintained and with great facilities. Will definitely be returning and can’t recommend enough.

We loved your place and would stay there again, hopefully for a longer stay. We loved the area and would love to explore more. Ashely’s place is very comfortable, clean and organized. We stayed in March for 16 nights and van honestly say Micahels place has been the best wrve stayed in when visiting Orlando. (We've visted Orlando several times) The apartment was extremely clean, the bedrooms were larger than we expected. We travelled this time with our 8 month old daughter & our parents the apartment was suitable for everyone in our party. The views of the golf course were wondeful, especially sunset. The facilities on site are great and we had our best meals of our trip at Traditons restaurant onsite. The security was great too, easy to find, easy to access, parking great. Michael was wonderful to communicate with & the guide he sends in advance of the trip is the best we've seen. We really look forward to returning and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you Michael for a wonderful stay!!

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Loved everything about the place, it was just what we expected. Beds were comfy, patio was wonderful. The resort was fabulous , from the pool to the nachos and drinks at Zaks. The location was perfect!

The stay was fantastic in every way. Place was very clean and they had a book for recommendations for the area. They also had clear instructions on what we needed to do before we left!

Ron's studio guesthouse was perfect for our needs! It was a home away from home, of sorts. Extremely clean (my top priority) and comfy bed (although it does squeak when you turn over but it is extremely comfortable other than that), and designed in such an inviting and warm way. We enjoyed the recliners for watching TV at night together. They were so comfy and in perfect condition! Easy to get luggage in and out. The a/c works great although it does have a kind of motor sound we noticed when sleeping. I sleep with earplugs and it didn't bother us, just something to be aware. Light does get in the door windows amazingly. Some darkening shades might be helpful. For not having windows (except the large door panels I believe which do have blinds integrated so privacy is not an issue, you don't feel boxed in at all!) It feels cozy and airy and flooded with light. Nice touches like snacks and detailed info. Ronnie is super responsive and overall we had an amazing stay! Would come back!
