I stayed at this homestead in Sedona recently and absolutely loved it. The place was cozy, super clean, and had everything I needed. The views were unreal — red rocks everywhere you looked — and it was so peaceful. It felt private but was still close enough to town and trails, which made it really easy to explore. I especially loved sitting outside in the mornings and watching the sunrise. The hosts were great too — really friendly and made sure everything was just right. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

We are always looking for someplace that is literally in the middle of nowhere. This would be the place that was exactly what we were looking for. About 30 minutes outside of Payson down a windy Mountain Road and then 3 miles of dirt road. After that, you come upon this beautiful cabin on the water. There are some neighbors that I do believe they are probably vacation homes as we only saw two people the entire time we were there, and they were across the other side of the water. Like he states this is an old cabin, but I think that helps with the charm of being in a secluded location. As others have stated yes the driveway is steep but nothing that’s not manageable. Brian was very communicative and even helped with some local antique stores to visit . He even has adorable vintage and antique touches all over the house. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at this Airbnb for a family reunion with guests coming from all over the world, and everyone absolutely loved it! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly had everything we needed, and then some. From the fully equipped kitchen to the extra pillows and blankets, games for all ages, and even supplies for making s’mores, every detail was thoughtfully covered. The location and views were incredible, peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. One of our favorite parts was collecting fresh eggs in the morning and seeing all the farm animals. Such a fun and unique experience! Joseph was a fantastic host, very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough! We made unforgettable memories and would absolutely love to come back. Highly, highly recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jonathan‘s place. Clean, comfortable, spacious and super close to everything. You can park your car there and walk to shops and restaurants. Jonathan was very kind and friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Cute little reading nook in the living room that would make you want to stay there all afternoon curled up with a book. Both bedrooms are like master suites with a private bath. Highly recommend the house and location and would definitely return!

Fabulous space in a historic home! Comfortable bed, huge kitchen, and an excellent outdoor space (patio and garden). We didn't get to enjoy the outside as much as we hoped due to intense winds, but it was really lovely even for short moments. Because this listing is part of a historic house, you will likely hear your neighbors through the wall or upstairs (mostly footsteps), but this is just part of the experience. Jim and Joey provide great information about the house and Jerome's history--you can tell how much they love Jerome, and it shines through in this unique property.

The house and yard were perfect for my stay with my dogs. Yard is clean and very safe, secure which is important to me. The kitchen has all the amenities; living area very comfortable and open. The neighborhood is quiet yet close and convenient to everything in Payson. Danielle was quickly responsive to my requests and questions. I'll definitely look to return to her place when I return to Payson.

A few of my siblings and I wanted to get away for a couple of days and came upon this cabin. It was beautiful, the cabin was just as advertised. Clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed. We didn't have to go into town for anything. Caroline was super helpful and even made sure the fire nearby that was going on before our stay wasn't going to affect us. We definitely want to come back and make this cabin an annual siblings trip spot.
