Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

The enclosed yard is spacious and complete with sandpit, cubby house, monkey bars, and basketball ring. When it’s down time… just soak up the views from the deck.

Fully enclosed yard with a reserve across the road keeping it private and peaceful. *Outdoor heated spa is currently out of Service. All linen and towels provided.
