Unassuming, comfortable and special. This downstairs self contained apartment offers you privacy with it's own carpark and entry, a kitchenette, shower (with a view) and toilet. The two bedrooms, one queen and one with bunks, can sleep up to 4 yet be conscious of limited space in the living area on rainy days. When it's dry outside, available is a large balcony with views over the Otways that are a treat at sunset. BBQ and outdoor shower also included, the beach a 10 minute walk away.

The studio is a part of our house which has a separate entrance and is divided by a huge deck. The studio has an open plan living and dining space with a cosy wood heater split system and fans. A small kitchen with 4 gas hotplates,microwave and fridge. Barbeque facilities are on the deck for your use and a lovely garden for relaxing .
