Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

Just returned from a long weekend away at Shore House. It was a stunning house with beautiful views overlooking the greenery, child’s play area and sea. The master bedroom had a stunning sea view. The house had modern amenities, and they even had children cups, plates, bowls and cutlery which was a nice touch. On our arrival the host even ensured there was a high chair and travel cot made up, which we didn’t even need to request, which was lovely. The house really felt like a home, extremely clean and we can’t wait to return for another break in the near future. Thank you, again x

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is really close to the beach and looks even better in reality than the pictures. And Barbara is a fabulous host- very responsive, and she was really helpful about a couple of matters.

Stayed here for 3 nights as was visiting my sister who lives nearby, everything was as described, nice was very kind and very helpful! My only issue is was the amount of stairs (with a baby/pram) that said I would stay here again 100%, thanks nico for a welcoming stay!

The apartment was prestine. Check in was great. The lovely lady from Bournemouth checked us in and made sure our fridge was stocked with milk and water and teas and coffees. She was lovely and very helpful. Everything was walking distance and perfect for us. Thanks again would highly recommend.

Gareth's place is a great place to stay, close to the sea front with a short walk to pubs and restaurants which are really good. The apartment has everything you need and is really comfortable. A great host and i will definitely be back.

Had a great stay here, the apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy and we had all of the things we needed, it was even nicer and bigger than in the pics. Shelby was an amazing host and always helped with any queries we had. The area was nice & the owners of the cafè downstairs were always very helpful too. I will 100% be back to stay here. Very nice, very convenient and very close to the city centre flat. It was very clean, tidy and we could always find it warm during our whole stay. The parking permit that is provided is a huge plus since Ipswich is a town in which finding a parking slot is not that easy. The host is very friendly and can be contacted at any time, providing useful information for the town as well as for any activities that would interest a visitor of Ipswich. I strongly recommend to try this flat, next time I will need a flat in Ipswich I will definitely go for this one again.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Sam’s place is at a fantastic location with everything within a short walk. The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in. The place was spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. Would stay again and would recommend!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

We had a wonderful long Easter weekend at this apartment, booked easily even though it was very last minute due to being let down by another owner. Thank you to Caroline for being so helpful and super responsive. The location is perfect to explore Felixstowe on foot and it’s handy having private off-road parking. We played mini-golf, ate out at some great spots, used the huge park down the road, went to the arcades on the pier and swam at the leisure centre just across the road. The space is beautiful, spacious, clean and we had everything that we needed, and more. Clear instructions and helpful information on the pre-arrival details too. Our daughters didn’t want to leave! We’d love to return again.

Samantha’s Penthouse apartment was exactly as described and so much more. So airy and spacious and decorated so lovely and thoughtful. Had me looking where things came from to get for my own home. Communication was perfect, also checked in with us to see everything was ok and checked in smoothly. Location was just enough out of Southend to have a good 20 min walk to the pier. Recommend the train on there as well. Toby Carvery was 2 min walk and easy food for a night out. Also the chip shop 5 mins walk was really nice too. Overall such a lovely stay and shall be returning as some point. Thank you ☺️

It was a lovely studio flat. There was coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snacks and fruit. Very modern and I loved the blinds. Siri was very helpful. Good value and a pleasant 25 minute walk to the wharf at Wivenhoe. Would recommend.
