Josh’s place was wonderful - clean, comfortable and close to all the places we wished to visit. Additionally - good smelling soaps, the softest toilet paper, complimentary bottle of wine and coffee- all the small touches made big difference. Thank you, Josh!

We’re had a delightful week at Matt’s property in downtown Bristol. I was visiting my daughter who attends RWU. The location was perfect for quick trips to campus and early morning walks on the waterfront. The location was great and the property perfect for our needs. It’s always great to have a kitchen and washer/dryer. It may be our favorite Bristol Airbnb!

My family and I had a really nice stay at Michael’s Airbnb. The location is close enough to walk to a number of great cafes and restaurants, as well as Brown and RISD, while also being tucked away enough to be quiet at night. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and quaint. Airbnb was clean, very comfortable beds, and the hosts left a bunch of snacks which was a nice touch. The only things I’d mention, which aren’t dealbreakers by any means: there’s no curtain for the bathroom window, which was a bit awkward and leaves you feeling exposed at night. The washer and dryer are shared among three units and is located in the basement floor of the building. To get to the unit you will have a flight of stairs. Again, not a huge deal, just something to be aware of. All-in-all we had a good experience and would recommend staying here if you’re traveling to the Providence area. Thanks for hosting us!

The building has 4 apartments in an excellent location for visiting Warren and Providence RI. We had a downstairs unit which was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable. There are 2 parking spots and plenty of extra public parking across the street. You can walk to restaurants and shops. Just a 20 minute drive to Providence. Very comfortable for six adults. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We highly recommend eating at Rhody Roots, just a 10 minute walk with excellent food and very accommodating to all dietary restrictions. Our visit to the Roger Williams Park and Zoo was a great experience for all. This Airbnb was a good value and even nicer than the pictures with many amenities.

Really wonderful time and would love to come back. I was in town visiting my brother and his wife and children, the location was walking distance from their home and the town / water, which was wonderful. Everything was easy, the home was perfect, and I’d absolutely recommend and return when in town! Looking forward to staying here again when I visit next time!

Pat is a Superhost Extraordinaire! Felt at home in charming and comfortable house. Fully equipped kitchen with snacks too! The space is super clean with towels galore. Pat has thought of everything and more .... Cannot ask for a more thoughtful and generous host! The location is walkable to Brown University and parking is convenient on premises. There is even an outdoor space to relax (weather permitting). Wifi worked great. Thank you for making our stay in Providence so enjoyable!

This is a great Airbnb. The place is comfortable, clean, and quiet. The commute to Newport and other area attractions was fast and easy. The RV park is very quiet, and we enjoyed walking the grounds on our downtime. The porch was a lovely place to sit and listen to the birds. The playground that is steps away was great for our kids. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Rachael’s space was a perfect place for my family of 5 to enjoy the area around providence. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the easy access into the beautiful Rodger Willam’s park. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Tonya's home was beautiful, relaxing, and very clean!!! The king bed mattress was hard but very comfortable. The area was very peaceful and relaxing. The lake looked beautiful however the weather wasn't conducive for us to use it. I would love to return when the weather is warmer to be able to enjoy the fire pit and boats that Tonya made available. My daughter and I brought our 14 month old with us and the house was perfect and safe for her to run around and play.

Super clean and comfortable. All the amenities you could want in a quiet neighborhood that is a great base for visiting the Providence area. Maria is a great host, with quick responses to all our communications. The home is very well appointed, with a homey layout and cozy furnishings. We enjoyed everything about our stay, and recommend this home if your family or group are visiting the area.

This was such a comfortable, cozy air bnb. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and the neighborhood was quiet. I loved this spot and hope to return! It’s one of my new favorites!

We have only compliments for this charming condo located in a beautiful neighborhood an easy walk from the Brown University campus. Everything in the place was clean, comfortable, and in good working order. The hosts paid attention to details (hooks and shelves in the bathroom, umbrellas available for use) and were highly responsive about communicating instructions ahead of time. Highly recommended!

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The building and neighborhood was picturesque and a very easy walk to the Brown University Campus. The amenities were everything we’d hoped from a well equipped kitchen, to great spaces to relax. There were lots of clean towels and blankets. We would love to stay here every time we visit the area.

We had a nice stay overall. The steps leading up to the apartment weren’t bad, but there were quite a few strong-scented plug-ins in both the hallway and the apartment itself. They were a bit overwhelming for our asthmatic lungs and allergies. We didn’t have any major issues during the stay, but the dryer wasn’t working properly—which we didn’t find out until we tried to do a quick load of the baby’s clothes right before check-out. The host sent someone up when we notified them, but unfortunately, there wasn’t time to get it fixed before we had to leave. Not the end of the world—we found a laundromat on the way home, and it gave us a chance to stretch our legs. A fun surprise was a parade that went right by the house—it was a great bonus and everyone enjoyed it! All in all, despite a couple of hiccups, we would definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Plenty of room with nice furniture, the place was spotless, quiet neighborhood but with lots of nice places to eat nearby, his Guidebook was super helpful, communication was proactive and very helpful.

Everything was even better than described. Very clean and very comfy, especially the beds were really good! Ryan was very helpful und always could provide a fast and easy answer. Thanks for the nice stay! 10/10 would recommend!

The Airbnb was perfect for a weekend in Providence. The location was perfect as it was close to Federal Hill and the nearby arena.

Place was perfect. I was there for a soccer tournament and it accommodated so well. Also you are only 20 min. Away from providence. Also alot of good places to eat nearby.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
