This water-front house is located in the Palm Key community, a secluded 350-acre nature get-a-way on the Broad River about 10 minutes from I-95, 30 minutes from Beaufort and Parris Island, and 45 minutes to Hilton Head and Savannah, Georgia. Grocery stores and restaurants are located 15 minutes away in Ridgeland. If you like to cookout, we have a park style grill in the backyard. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beach at Hunting Island State Park.
