Amazing home, looked just like the picture loved the giant bean bags those could be beds how comfortable they were lol. The host was very amazing, easy to check in and out. The home itself self was breathtaking . Lots of space and room in both living rooms.

My family and I had a great time, the lake was full at the time of our visit making the fishing really easy even though we didn’t have any luck this trip! Great fire pit and all around a great house.

Amy is very friendly and responds quickly. The place was very clean, and looked just like the photos on the Airbnb site. Location is peaceful and quiet. A great place, and I recommend a stay at Amy's place whenever you are in the area.

Overall this was a great place. Check in was very easy, and checkout instructions were clear after messaging Thomas to confirm. The house was spacious and served our group well and the location was convenient for us. We were told the hot tub was in fact not heated when we arrived which was a bummer for our group but aside from that the house was very enjoyable to stay at. This is still a house to have on the radar if we come back to the Dallas area.

We had an incredible family getaway at The Ark House! The oversized pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved relaxing on the shaded patio while watching movies on the outdoor TV. The massive backyard gave us plenty of space to play cornhole and enjoy the beautiful weather. The house itself is stunning—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The open-concept living area was perfect for family time, and the nearby Starbucks and Chipotle made our mornings and evenings super convenient. Can’t wait to come back!

Place is not only beautiful but was nice and clean! Lots of thoughts went into choice of decor and quality. Hosts respond back quickly when i had questions. We were appreciative for snacks provided; however, i think with guests not partaking, quite a few of the chips were dated May and June and I didn't noticed until after opening. Again, still thoughtful because most places aren't leaving free snacks and drinks for guests!
