This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. Nestled in a private quiet green canyon amidst trees, built into a cliff, the Treehouse is in the heart of Prescott's gorgeous Granite Dells. This rustic 3-room Treehouse is for the fit and adventurous! It's furnished with a dresser, desk, chairs and a comfortable queen futon bed. Seasonal (April - Oct), solarium-covered pool, pond, lawn and canyon trails. The Treehouse is open for bookings Apr 15 - Oct 31. A kitchen remodel with stainless & granite was completed in March of 2021. The back of the house features a rear deck with pergola and walk down stairs to a patio with fire table and zero gravity chairs. We recently updated our internet to high speed Starlink - no limitations on streaming or Zoom calls!
