If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you for an lovely stay, Breanne!

This Airbnb was a great vacation spot! The house is cozy, and the amenities (cable, cookware, hot tub, laundry, super comfy chairs/mattresses) make it a great place to unwind. The heat/temperature can be inconsistent between rooms, but fans were provided to help with ventilation. Laura was quick to respond to any messages and made us feel welcome! Amazing stay!

Debra's place was exactly how it was described. Host were extremely helpful and responsive with questions. I really appreciated the extra fire wood and enjoy our stay at Debra's place. We will be back.

This home is very spacious, the beds a very comfortable, if you like to cook while on vacation the kitchen is perfect for that with beautiful windows to enjoy the natural light. Enough space for everyone to have their own time if needed. The back porch and yard is a perfect place to unwind. With a friendly neighbor to the left, he was from Texas like we are. I loved all of the natural lighting in the home. The heat/ac worked great the home was cozy. The Hot water is one thing we like to enjoy and this home had the perfect temp for warm showers. The primary bedroom views are amazing. Pikes peak I could stand for hours and look at the mountains. I guess if there was a complaint about this house it came from the kids who are used to TV in their rooms. There is 2 tvs in the house ( I'm not a TV watcher so I was glad) The other complaint would be from the husband who loves to sit and recline in a recliner. I spend my time in the kitchen and on the back porch both were perfect for me.

Our stay was wonderful. The Airbnb was clean and spacious with in a gorgeous, peaceful area. We saw deer in our yard and many times on our drive/walks near the property. It was very easy to get to and close to manitou, Colorado Springs, and mueller state park. We loved our stay and would absolutely return. Steven was considerate and always responded quickly. When I asked if there was any additional check out instructions, he said “we don’t like to make you work on vacation”. Great stay, great location, great host!

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

Excellent entertainment included with the convertible pool, air hockey and pool table. Cozy beds and couch. Highlight was the perfect water pressure and distribution of water from the shower, although a little tight for space. Overall, great place to stay!

We were only able to stay the night, but Pamela's bnb was a nice respite at the end of a fun trip. The airbnb had remarkably easy access to the interstate which made travel easier. As an added bonus, the property provided a nice view of the sunset as the sun disappeared behind Pikes Peak.

Oh my gosh! I’ve visited CO before, due to my past military experience and my brother recently serving in CS. When I say, nothing has ever felt more homey than this space! It made me feel like I had finally landed my dream job and bought a small house off the mountains. Really responsive, would recommend to anyone, I’ll be booking next time I’m CS again.

Very inviting and comfortable over garage flat. Everything feels new and is impeccably clean. Located in a quiet, gated community and separate from the house, it provides appreciated privacy with just enough services close-at-hand, including a classic Colorado mountain tavern/restaurant (The Blue Moose), and other food options close by. I probably didn't pay close enough attention to Sarah's directions and wandered to the main house (same address of the Airbnb listing), and was warmly greeted. I enjoyed the morning light and views of the surrounding mountains and decompressing in the evening after full days of work nearby, including a bit of stargazing in the clear (and crisp!) Colorado air.

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

Had a great stay. Missed that “garden apartment” meant basement … it was a small space but nicely done and good light. Never had a chance to use the hot tub. Walkable to downtown and great food - but the first block or two feel a little sketch.

Jacquie’s place was absolutely great! Super clear, kitchen well stocked, we had everything we needed! Jacquie was always super responsive and proactive. I definitely recommend this place.

It was a beautiful place, quite and the neighbors were friendly. I enjoyed walking and when we arrive we saw deers outside the house welcoming us to colorado. thank you so much. I'm in love to colorado.

We just got back from our little weekend getaway up in this cabin. We had the absolute best time here. Truly such a special place. The cabin is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home with modern and cozy decor and finishings. The location is stunning. The view just does not get old! Every time you open that door to look out across the vast valley at the peaks, it's always breathtaking. The nighttime sky is a sight to behold, especially when soaking in the hot tub. Everything about this place is excellent. The hosts are so kind and they have put a lot of love into their cabins and their property, and it shows! Lots of places to pick to hike right into the Pike National Forrest all within a short drive. I recommend Pikes Peak Ranch to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We had a great stay, pretty views and very nice property. We loved how quiet and secluded it was. Maria was a great host, very responsive, and easy to work with.

Fantastic, well appointed cabin. Kitchen stole the show for its functionality and aesthetic in a tight space. Gas fireplace made our evenings cozy. Walk right from the property to waterfall trailhead. We LOVED it!!!

Our stay was great! Jacquie was a super kind and responsive host. The area was beautiful and remote but still close to so many things to do. The cabin was exactly as described and was very clean. A great get away from the city! Cell service was a little spotty due to the remote location, but WiFi at the cabin worked really well. Definitely recommend getting the check in info prior to getting too close to the cabin to avoid having to drive back into town to get the door code. Overall the stay was absolutely amazing and the cabin was a great landing place after long days outside!!

Our stay at Marlena's place was excellent! We had a small wedding ceremony on Saturday, and stayed several more days for our honeymoon. The location was perfect, very quiet and peaceful - also close to coffee shops and restaurants - a great selection. A little further away is the Garden of the God's park, and also the town of Manitou Springs - both excellent places to visit and enjoy as a newly married couple or visitors to the area. We also went ziplining and enjoyed walking to see the sunset. Our stay was most enjoyable and the place was extremely well set up and comfortable. We would highly recommend other check out this great airbnb, we'd love to return sometime! ~ Matthew & Sharon

Jamie was so helpful! Our group of 9 adults plus 4 dogs were well accommodated. The kitchen was well stocked and the surroundings were so peaceful. LOVED the hot tub. Hard to get up the driveway in the snow but if you have AWD you can do it. Everything was even more beautiful when the snow melted. Slept like a baby in the hammocks outside. Awesome space with gorgeous views.
