Welcome to the Sea Star~ a cozy yurt you'll find bright, rustic, and well-kept in a rural Northwest neighborhood 5 miles from maritime Port Townsend. Yurts are round sturdy canvas structures. Ours has a full kitchen, queen sized bed, indoor powder room, attached shower room, a compact parking spot, and private deck in a temperate rainforest setting. Free of streetlights to enjoy stargazing. Pets welcome. Not suitable for small children or infants. Your hosts, Mark and Sara, live on the property.

Gorge Yurt Getaway

Enjoy the tranquility of Nature and easy access to the fun of the Columbia River Gorge in our cozy, rustic yurt. Located in the hills outside Mosier, OR, we offer an alternative to camping: Glamping. If you are not excited to experience using an outside john and shower, keeping the wood stove stoked or living among the creatures of the forest, this may not be your style of adventure ;) Check in is 5pm, but open to flexible scheduling if possible. Yurt sleeps 4 for a relaxing and affordable 'Glamping' experience, sure to be much more tranquil than Tofino in July. Set on our family 5-acre hobby farm, you are surrounded by beauty and healthy living. Our neighborhood boast biking, hiking, horseback riding, wineries, swimming, paddle sports, quaint shops and fine dining.

Yurt camping in Doe Bay area

Relax in a spacious yurt on the side of Mount Pickett next to Moran State Park. Less than a five minute drive to Doe Bay Resort. Twelve miles past Eastsound on the Horseshoe Highway and 20 miles from the ferry landing. The yurt has an outdoor kitchen space with a camp stove and most of the utensils for preparing and serving food. There is an outdoor fire spot and a picnic table for outdoor relaxing and dining. There is also an outdoor shower and outhouse with a composting toilet.

Get a feel for the outdoors while glamping in style and still close to small town amenities. Restaurants, grocery stores, U-pick farms, wineries, equestrian facilities, hiking, fishing, boating and birding/wildlife viewing are all nearby. Situated at the property’s entrance, guests have their own private area. Hosts live in the house nearby. A bundle of firewood is included!
