Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. Living room has large TV with Youtube TV provided for your stay. Walking distance to downtown businesses! Pets are welcome but must stay in the garage.

Melrose Central is a ranch style, 4 bedroom home near landmarks in our community. The main floor has a kitchen w/ new appliances, living room, 2 bedrooms w/ King beds, a full bath, a half bath, & a 1 stall, heated, attached garage. Downstairs you will find an area for laundry, 2 bedrooms, a shower room & a common area. We are close to Central HS, NSU, Walmart, Target & the main business strip. Just a few minutes away from many restaurants. Pets allowed only in the heated garage.
