The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. This stylish and well-designed apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control, including both air conditioning and heating. The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with linens and towels. It is located on the first floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. Von dort aus kannst du die U-Bahn überall in Madrid nehmen und auch zu allen Bahnhöfen, die dich von Madrid in den Rest Spaniens bringen. Wenn du mit dem Auto kommst, befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz am Barco 1, Madrid, nur eine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt. Es gibt auch eine Fahrradverleihstation in der Nähe. Ein Begrüßungsset mit Wasser, Limonade, Milch, Kaffee, Tee und Süßungsmitteln wartet darauf, dich willkommen zu heißen :-)

Diese Wohnung blickt auf einen schönen und ruhigen Innenhof. Du wirst die Wohnung und unsere Lage lieben! Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und auch ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Ich hatte viele Gäste und die meisten von ihnen sagen bei ihrer Ankunft, dass es genau wie auf den Bildern aussieht. Wir haben moderne Geräte (Waschmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Klimaanlage, TV, Kühlschrank), schnelles WLAN und alles andere, was du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigst! Gäste haben privaten Zugang zur gesamten Wohnung. Wichtig: Aus Sicherheitsgründen muss ich die Namen aller Gäste kennen, die während des gebuchten Aufenthalts in der Wohnung übernachten werden.
