Wild Treehouse Paradise in the Cliffs & Trees

Nestled in a private quiet green canyon amidst trees, built into a cliff, the Treehouse is in the heart of Prescott's gorgeous Granite Dells. This rustic 3-room Treehouse is for the fit and adventurous! It's furnished with a dresser, desk, chairs and a comfortable queen futon bed. Seasonal (April - Oct), solarium-covered pool, pond, lawn and canyon trails. The Treehouse is open for bookings Apr 15 - Oct 31. There are no refunds for wildlife sightings or an inability to climb the winding steps.

The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Lovely vacation home centrally located in Wickenburg. This is a great value for daily, weekly and monthly guests. Fully equipped kitchen and includes linens, towels and we also have a fully equipped coffee station. We have 3 queen beds,queen air mattress and couch for sleeping arrangements. Sits atop a hill with great Mountain View’s. Relax to the large patio either for chatting with family and friends, dinning or playing a game of corn hole! We do have a CAMERA set up by our garage.

Beautiful cabin in Prescott. Quiet and peaceful setting in the Groom Creek area. Only 10-15 minutes to the downtown Prescott and Whiskey row. A few minutes from tons of hiking and Goldwater lake for fishing and kayaking. At over 6,200 feet of elevation enjoy the fresh air and cooler temperatures. Perfect location to unwind and enjoy viewing the abundant wildlife. Large deck with a grill and outdoor table for al fresco dining and enjoying the amazing weather. Perfect family getaway.

2 Bedroom Casita With Horse Stalls Available

This charming 760 sq ft casita on 3 acres, features a full kitchen with an abundance of knotty alder cabinets equipped with all the cooking essentials. The living room offers a reclining couch and 55 in tv. 2 bedrooms offer a Queen adjustable bed and two twin beds with a washer and dryer, 1 bathroom with walk in tile shower. Stay a night or week and enjoy what Wickenburg has to offer. Horse stalls and turnout areas are available with a separate fee from Casita rental.

John Riordan House Built in 1898 Vacant for 60 yrs

Highest rentable space in Jerome. Authentically restored to it's original 1898 condition. House had been buried in mud since 1953 until the compete resurrection in 2012. The John Riordan House has obtained the rating in the TOP 1% OF ALL AIRBNBS WORLDWIDE and the most 5 star reviews in Jerome. Enjoy the mile high weather and the 1200 square foot outside patios with fantastic 30 mile views of the entire Verde Valley. 95 steps down to the upper part of town.

A large yard for parking big rigs. Horses are an additional $15 per day per animal.

The home is 1877 sq. ft. of living space and has a three car garage. Six large picture windows offer a view from within the house. We recently added a Smart TV. TV cable includes a sport package. Extended stay welcome. Please note that I do not have a BBQ nor grill.
