Three-year-old, Amish-built cabin set in a cabin community on the shores of Lake Erie. Beautiful lake views and sunsets, quiet peaceful, and so much to do. Only a short drive to GOLT/Geneva, historic Ashtabula Harbor, countless local wineries, Spire Institute, etc. While you will not have a lake view from the cabin's porch, you will have access to a private beach within the community. The Cliffside Cottage - Lake front, private beach

Take it easy at this cozy and quiet cottage. Enjoy unobstructed views of Lake Erie from the front yard or on the enclosed porch. Guests of the Cliffside Cottage have access to the community-only beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, a bucket of children’s sand toys, corn hole, croquet and front yard Adirondack chairs are also available. Perfectly located in close proximity to the Ashtabula Harbor District, SPIRE Institute, Geneva on the Lake, covered bridges and the Grand River Valley Wine region.

Over 30 area wineries-one right next door, 1/4 mi to Historic Geneva-On-The-Lake GOTL Strip-1st Ohio Resort early 1900, family and adult amusements , trails along the shoreline within walking distance, 1 hr west to Cleveland Ohio or east to Presquile Isle, Pa, or south to Amish Country. No smoking. 2 cars avail parking but is negotiable. Be mindful of the Condo Association Rules.
