BREEZE, in a tree The Appleton Retreat

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

Get away from life at the treetop sanctuary! Follow the suspended path through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor. The space is perfect for reconnecting with nature. Amenities: Elec. WIFI, Compost toilet, Woodstove, Fridge. Bring; *SLEEPING BAGS* or Blankets/Linens (queen size) Pots and pans, (If You wish to cook on the stove) Accepting children 10 +up. Absolutely no pets. This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

Powered by solar, this attached carriage barn is located on a quiet back road 3.5 miles from Woodstock Village and 3 miles from GMHA. The Loft has its own private entrance, parking and a sunset balcony.
