We benefit from Mountain View’s and are just 5 miles from Gwydir forest & the lakes Geirionedd & Crafnant, ideal for fishing, wild swimming, paddle boarding & kayaks. We offer a modern space with underfloor heating & modern amenities, a private entrance & garden. Perfectly situated for couples who enjoy adventures , walking, cycling & the heritage & culture found in Snowdonia.

Situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, Wern Isaf Bach sits in the grounds of HL North's beautiful Arts and Crafts family home. With child/baby/pet amenities, we offer 25+ years experience of holiday letting in an area rich in culture. Great local shops, cafes and restaurants, short drives or bus/train rides to many NT properties, CADW Castles and Gardens. Perfect for ramblers/climbers and outdoor pursuits enthusiasts with Zipworld, SurfSnowdonia etc., just around the corner!

Log cabin : sea views & easy access to beach/hills

Cabin with basic amenities in the garden of a pretty mid 19th century cottage on a quiet road above the old quarry village of Penmaenmawr. Outside seating areas, beautiful sea/mountain views. Shops/beach within 2 min drive/10 min walk. Access to the mountains, with the native wild Carneddau ponies, is <than a 5 min walk away. Don't expect luxury - it's rustic (futon bed, with 'outside' toilet/sink with hot water, & outside shower of sorts). You'll be sharing the garden with my pets & me!

Private Guest Suite, Hot Tub (optn) & Sea Views

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend

Plas y Foel Basement

This one bedroom basement guest suite is self contained accommodation underneath our family home. It has its own entrance with access to an outdoor terrace and small garden. It can sleep up to 4 people, with Twin beds in the bedroom and a double bed settee in the sitting room area. TV for DVD's, a good selection is provided. There is a kitchenette area and I provide for guests a basic breakfast, of cereals, toast, milk butter, orange juice tea and coffee.

The Annex in Rhos-on Sea

Perfect for a break by the sea. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located detached studio annex with its own front door in the village of Rhos-on-Sea just one road back from the sandy beach and harbour, making it a fantastic place to relax and enjoy beach walks. Dogs welcome. The beautiful Snowdonia mountain range is only 30 minutes away by car and the historic town of Conwy just 10 minutes.
