Ferienunterkünfte in Coolrain

We had a lovely stay with Colette in one of her lodges recently. The place was cosy, warm and felt very homely. Colette came to meet us when we arrived as I had said our little boy was afraid of dogs. She even left us some of her own hens eggs which were delicious for breakfast the next morning. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to going back.

The place was spotless. The home had plenty of room and bathrooms. Martha the care taker went out of her way to help us in every way. The home was centrally located for us to do day trips every day.

This tiny home looks over Lough Derg which is within walking distance. It is peaceful, filled with birdsong but not isolated. The sunset from the living room is beautiful and Stephen had equipped this tiny home with everything you could need. the description is 100% accurate but the place is more magical than any description could capture. A wonderful place to stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind freundlich von Paula empfangen worden. Für das Frühstück war selbst gebackenes Brot, Eier, Milch, Joghurt und ein selbst gebackener Karottenkuchen da. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben sehr gut bei der Ruhe geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gemütlich eingerichtet. Paula hat uns gute Restaurants,- und Pub- Empfehlungen geben. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Our cabin stay was fabulous! A family of two adults and two children, aged 4 and 6, it was perfect for us. Right on the water, it was lovely to get up in the morning and walk down to the water's edge and watch the ducks and swans. The trees all around were full of birds that sang in the morning and blossom petals fell from the trees in the wind. It was a truly magical spot. The cabin itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was very private and surrounded by trees, very secluded in a very natural setting.

Que dire de ce logement et moment incroyable ! Alan, et ses parents sont un hôte très avenant et vraiment sympathique, et l'endroit où se trouve le gîte est quasi surnaturel, où la nature est omniprésente, luxuriante. On peut profiter pleinement de ces ballades en pleine nature au long de la rivière, avec des paysages à couper le souffle ! Nous avons pu assister à un coucher de soleil magnifique orchestré par le ballet des hirondelles, puis profiter par la suite de l'appartement qui est si cosi et bien équipé, bref, zéro défaut, nous y reviendrons certainement ! Very Large , clean apartment. beds were comfortable beds and rooms were all en-suite. Plenty of light.
