This has been exclusively my home for the past 7 years. It still is my home but I recently remolded a private wing for guests and after being in hibernation for a few years, it is back on the market for visitors with a private entrance & completely private quarters. This unit is by far the nicest in the building, one of the nicest in all of Denver. Private bedroom with separate entrance/exit made to have a hotel feel. Queen-size bed, reading corner, walk-in closet, coffee maker, microwave, plates, silverware, glasses and mini-fridge all in the space. Towels, hair dryer and bath products are also provided. A half mile from I-70, which takes you to the mountains (Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, etc.).
