Catherine was lovely, friendly and very helpful. The place was spotless and amazing, with a wonderfully maintained garden. We enjoyed our visit, and strongly recommend.

We stayed at Lis-Ardagh for three nights over Christmas in the self catering lodge. We had a great stay. The place is beautiful, really well run. There was a roaring fire keeping the place lovely and warm for us when we arrived. It has every amenity and the area of Union Hall is simply gorgeous! We would highly recommend a stay at Lis-Ardagh. L'endroit est charmant, j'ai beaucoup aimé l'ambiance de la maison d'Heidi et Des. La chambre est privative, propre, bien aménagée et agréable. On se sent comme à la maison ! Il n'y a pas d'accès à la cuisine mais nous avions à disposition une bouilloire, thé, café, biscuits, plus 2 assiettes et des couverts, de quoi pique niquer sur place et goûter ! Le logement est proche en voiture de Skibbereen où il y a commerces pub et restaurants. Heidi nous a accueilli, nous a donné des conseils, a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable ! Je garde l'adresse!

Second time staying at Liz' place and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Liz went above and beyond for us - even driving us to the airport because we missed an earlier flight i Kerry. Thanks so much, I will come back a third time for sure. The place is clean and cozy, Liz is incredibly friendly and accommodating and Rexie (the dog) is an absolute angel. Looking forward to coming back.

One of my favorite Airbnb’s. Beautiful location in the countryside yet within minutes of many sites in every direction. The lodge itself was a great place to relax and unwind after a full day of touring. Comfortable bed and chairs and sofa, hot shower, and cool little kitchenette with super views right out your front doors. And then Gwyneth is the best hostess ever! Friendly, fun to talk to, full of great recommendations for the area, and she goes way above and beyond providing for every need to make our stay top notch. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great place to stay. Very clean and spacious rooms. Would’ve loved to have a proper sink and hot plates to cook food! All other essentials were there!

Had a great stay at the Rose Suite - quiet, clean and homely accommodation with amazing natural beauty on your doorstep, but equally the vibrant town of Kenmare with loads of food and drink options. Emmett was the easiest of hosts: quick to respond and available as needed, but leaving us to ourselves. Big plus for us: dogs welcomed, and our two Golden Retrievers thoroughly enjoyed the trip with us!

We had a lovely stay in Jackie and Joanne's apartment. It was really well located, just walking distance from the centre. Great places to eat, drink and shop in Schull and a market on across the road at the weekend. Jackie and Joanne were great hosts, always responsive and there to help with anything we needed. The apartment was perfect, super tidy, it has a fully equipped kitchen and there was even a carpark available at the side entrance. We will definitely be back!

Gemütliches und sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio etwas ausserhalb von Bantry mit allem ausgestattet, was man so brauchen könnte. Nina und ihr Mann sind supersympatische Gastgeber mit grossen Herzen. Danke auch für die Verpflegung am ersten Abend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

This place was wonderful. Truly enjoyed our stay. One suggestion - Taxi drivers had a difficult time finding the location via the instructions. Taxi drivers suggested saying it is the "The big house, about 50 meters next to the new Hospital". Once we started describing our location as that to taxi drivers they knew exactly where it was.

From a disastrous start (9 hours on the Irish Sea due to a storm) we had kept in touch with Monica updating our estimated arrival time as we were informed by the ferry operator. Monica meanwhile had taken it upon herself to ensure that due to the ungodly hour of our arrival there was plenty of food there for us. She was always available when we required information yet we felt that we had the place to ourselves.I could not rate this Host and her accomodation any higher. It was beyond any shadow of a doubt our best Airbnb experience thus far.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer! Check-in und Check-out war problemlos. Kilian und Jenny sind sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Kilian hat uns kostenloses Feuerholz für den Kaminofen zur Verfügung gestellt. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt findet man Helen’s Bar, ein kleines Pub direkt am Wasser mit sehr leckerem und günstigen Essen! Beara Peninsula hat uns mit Abstand am besten gefallen (weit hinter Dingle und Kerry!).

Just returned from a lovely stay at Christine's "The Boathouse" and what a lovely property it is. Lovely and clean, plenty of room and Christine even left is some milk in the fridge, lovely touch. Another lovely touch was the amazing fresh scones on checkout morning. The property was perfect for our needs and very close to Skibb. I'd stay again when I come back to West Cork.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement situé à proximité de Macroom. Le logement était parfait : propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Le jardin était magnifique et nous avons apprécié la tranquillité des lieux. Anna et son mari sont des hôtes exceptionnels, chaleureux et très attentionnés. Ils sont de bons conseils pour tout renseignement tant d'ordre pratique que touristique. Nous recommandons très vivement cette adresse et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci pour tout !

This was our fourth time staying at Gene's place, and there are so many reasons why we keep coming back. The flat is big, beautifully decorated, sunny and gorgeous, with lovely views, a huge very modern kitchen and two sparkling bathrooms. Gene had even put out autumnal decorations for our arrival! We feel so at home here -- you don't even have to go anywhere, you can just enjoy the views of the mountains from the sitting room. But there's lots to do, great walks (Gap of Dunlop, Tomie's Wood) nearby and Killarney's pubs and restaurants not much further. What really makes this place special, though, are Gene's lovely parents Celia and Mossie, who live downstairs and are so incredibly kind, generous and welcoming. We are always so well taken care of when we are there -- we can't wait to go back!

Can’t say enough good things about this location! We stayed two nights with Kay & Tony and are so glad we did. The pair are very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, breakfast items, and beverages, including plenty of water for our whole family. Tony was nice enough to give us a lift into town both evenings, so we didn’t have to worry about driving after our long days of travel. (Private parking space out front was a bonus for travelers in their own vehicles). The rooms were spacious & we enjoyed getting to spread out. Kay even picked up a gift after we mentioned my mom’s birthday, which was so thoughtful! If you’re looking for a spot to venture the Ring of Kerry or explore Killarney/surrounding areas, this is the one!

Margaret was a lovely host, very friendly and welcoming with super simple self check in. Everything we needed was provided. So good having a washer and dryer. Everything nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Would highly recommend!

This property in Castlemaine is a gem! Not only does it put you right in the middle of a quaint town right above a local pub, but you have easy access to Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. We greatly enjoyed our stay! Especially liked the washer/dryer combo. I would definitely recommend this property!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Padraig, welcher uns ganz lieb begrüßt und uns direkt frische Eier seiner Hühner angeboten hat. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir hier zwei schöne Nächte verbringen durften 😊.

We had a big group of 16 for a family birthday gathering and chose Marge & Richards as it ticked all the boxes - lots of separate units that works really well for small families and close to a nice town with lots to do. Marge & Richard's communication was excellent before and during the trip. The property is massive and well kept, and there's a lovely garden where the kids in our party were able to play football. We struggled to squeeze everyone into the main dining room but the individual units do all have dining areas of their own. Overall the property was a big win and suited our purpose perfectly.

My stay at the studio was amazing, so relaxing and felt like a home away from home. I didn’t arrive till late for my check in as I arrived after work and Anna marie was there to greet me with biggest warmest hello and showed me everything. If I needed anything she was quick to respond. I knew the area before arriving so I felt right at home. I honestly can not recommend Anna Marie’s studio enough it’s quiet, secluded and cozy. The perfect way to shut off from reality💛

¡Muy recomendable! Tanto Andrea como Fiachra muy atentos a nuestra llegada. La habitación es perfecta para descansar después de visitar la ciudad durante el día, tiene lo básico para hacer tu estancia súper agradable. Ubicación perfecta a 15 minutos más o menos del centro.
