Ferienunterkünfte mit Strandzugang in Cortecito Beach

This was the first time we stayed in an Airbnb in Punta Cana instead of an all-inclusive resort and we loved it. We had the opportunity to experience the culture and local sights (beach, restaurants, casino, shops and markets), all within walking distance or short Poppi ride. George’s home was safe and clean, with all the modern amenities. We’ll definitely be back :)

New and clean place to stay. Some things were not working when we got there but Nabil was very responsive and helped us when needed. Great host and place. Would stay there again!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Punta Cana! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I especially loved the relaxing vibe of the place—it was the perfect escape. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying the nearby beach, or exploring local spots, everything was super convenient. Scott was a great and welcoming host. I truly appreciate his hospitality and his recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. The apartment fully matches the description and photos—it's quite spacious and equipped with everything needed for a long stay, including a laundry room on the second floor. A wide, beautiful beach is within walking distance along a palm-lined path. The street is gated and secure, making it safe to take evening walks after dinner or head to the beach. I will definitely stay with Scott again in the future.

Gleny was a great host. She was very quick to respond to inquiries and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this place. It was perfect for a long stay, very quiet and great internet speed to do work. We will be coming back.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Darleny communicated very well, the location was even better than we expected. Steps from the beach, restaurants and gifts shops! Plenty to do for sure!

Todd was an amazing host and never went without 2 minutes before answering our inquiries. We were skeptical on coming here because of the one star review but all of the 5 star reviews made us overlook and book this villa and may we say that we were very impressed with our stay. The house was spotless. Very clean inside and out. Rooms were great sizes and beds very comfortable. No bugs inside the home at all during our stay. We will guarantee be back here hopefully 2x a year! Its our new vacation home!!

Great place, great host, great stay. Lisandro was very helpful from booking till end of trip. he always answered my many questions and made the experience seamless. property was beautiful, great location and very clean. we had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend.

I booked on the same day. Now customer service as a host, best I’ve had. At the airport Jaay sent me recommendations on ATV, boat party, beach excursions, and restaurants. He helped me get two days fully booked. Recommended getting some atvs and enjoying some fun on a boat. He can help with transportation. Checking in was extremely easy, key lock and then code to the door. The best part you feel safe. You have a guard, then to enter your street you have your own gate that’s share with like 10 houses. Amazing house with plenty of space. Since we booked the same day, Jaay had someone come clean the pool while we went to get lunch. During our stay we had a few personal situations and since Jaays the only person I know, I ask him for help. It didn’t matter the time he would reply quickly. The best part of the house is the location. It’s close to everything! The main street where Drink Point is only 4 mins away. What more you want? You have a pool and prime location. I’ll definitely be back

Really nice house, easy to check in and out. Safety environment, house was clean. only thing i needed instructions with was how the warm water works, but that was solved. I felt at home. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Punta Cana but also go about your own way and explore. House was close to Downtown and the main streat Av.Barcelo where there is a lot you can find as shopping malls. The road to the residence is a little bumpy but it's in development . overall great stay !

Love our stay. Host always responded. Close to everything and especially the beach. We didn’t need a car rental. We did 2 excursions recommended by host and they picked us up at our place and dropped off. They took us shopping with free of charge. Overall, we had an awesome and safe stay with Bea Living Properties.

Nos encanto nuestra estadia. Tuvimos un excelente host. El anfitrión fue increíblemente servicial y atento desde el principio. El lugar estaba impecable, con limpieza incluida, lo cual fue un gran plus. El espacio es perfecto para familias: cómodo, amplio y bien equipado. Además, tener acceso al carrito de golf hizo que movernos fuera fácil y divertido. Sin duda queremos volver.

This is a gorgeous and well kept apartment and the complex overall is a gem. The private beach is magnificent. I felt safe, unbothered and relaxed. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The condo was beautiful - very clean and well kept. Having the housekeeper every other day was such a nice perk! The location in the complex as well as the view was incredible. Leah was quick and responsive and helped us immediately with any issues that came up. We would definitely return if the opportunity presented and 100% recommend staying in her place. Thank you Leah!

Stuart's place was absolutely as described and shows in the pictures. Very private and peaceful complex. Grounds and pools immaculate. Beach short walk and private with plenty of beds and shade. Everything walkable. Liz was awesome, definitely read her book about the area. Thank you, we had a great time and highly recommend.

Tara’s place was just what we were looking for. It was clean, beach accessible with beautiful surroundings. Virgilio was our support person and he was exceptional, always available and very friendly. We found the facility to be a great value.
