Alojamiento fenomenal, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Vicente muy amable nos aconsejó sobre servicios en la zona y se mostró a disposición para todo lo que necesitábamos.

Heerlijk appartement op een fijne locatie. Je loopt zo het oude centrum in of naar de Turia. De communicatie was heel prettig, net als het zelf inchecken. We komen hier zeker terug!!

Todo excelente , la atención del señor juan marcos es muy amable , el lugar queda en todo el centro, el dinero que retiene al otro día me fue devuelto, lo único yo le pondría un aire acondicionado de resto todo bien

The apartment is a perfect location for exploring Valencia, right in the centre of the old town and an abundance of restaurants and local sights to see on foot. The apartment is great for two people, the bed is comfortable and all you need for a few days stay. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, likely given that the building is old, and the water didn’t run warm after the first day. All in all a great spot and I would recommend, just some slight adjustments needed to the bathroom.

Квартира потрясающая, оформленная в стиле лофт. Двухэтажные аппартаменты с террасой, где можно загорать на солнце. Интерьер продуман до мелочей, отличные ванные комнаты, удобная лестница для подъема на 2 этаж квартиры, есть паркинг, расположение идеальное! Единственный минус - это вторая комната, которой нет на фото. Точнее есть фото одной кровати. Это раздвижная кровать, которая превращается в двухэтажную кровать. Спать вдвоем не очень удобно, ощущение, будто едешь в поезде. Сама хозяйка очаровательная, дала инструкцию о лучших местах Валенсии, все показала и рассказала, пунктуально встретила

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment, walking distance to the beach, and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants near by. Supermarkets close by as well. Easy public transport links into the city centre. The apartment is really well-equipped, and well-maintained. Communication with Olga was timely and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay in the studio apartment and had everything we needed. Great walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. The property was clean and exactly as described, we were lucky to have early check-in that really made a difference. Would def recommend staying.

Hemos pasado 3 noches. todo muy limpio, ordenado y moderno. me he sentido en casa. el unico pero ha sido el piso de enfrente, 4B, la ultima noche han estado de fiesta, pegando voces, pegando portazos...no he podido pegar ojo hasta que se han cansado a las 5 de la mañana.

El alojamiento es precioso, no le faltaba nada, muy limpio y muy buena ubicación. La atención ha sido extraordinaria, la anfitriona muy atenta y ante cualquier duda la respuesta ha sido muy rápida. Volvería a repetir y lo recomiendo.

La estancia perfecta, mucho espacio para aparcar y muy cerca un bar como los de toda la vida, que se almorzaba muy bien y barato, lo único por mi parte que al ser de pueblo le falta insonorización de fuera

Cristian’s place was a peaceful and beautifully maintained spot in Valencia. The flat is a little off the beaten path, which gave it a quiet, tucked-away feel, but it was still within close reach of several major attractions and well-connected to the rest of the city. The home was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. Cristian was communicative and kind throughout my stay, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was calm and safe, with everything I needed within walking distance. I especially appreciated the little touches in the apartment that made it feel like a home away from home. I’d happily stay here again.

A great, modern apartment which served as a perfect base for the Valencia marathon. Good transport links nearby (the bus) to the centre of Valencia and very easy check in - would definitely recommend!
