Jorge was very responsive and accommodating. He thought of everything! The info on the website as far as instructions, finding the location, things to do in the area, how to set up, where to find items, etc was very thorough. The guidebook stored at the property was extremely helpful and thorough. The scenery and view from the tree house was incredible! It was peaceful, private and very restful. We highly recommend this in every way. The treehouse is very solid and even though it was very windy when we were there, it felt totally secure.

This heavenly stay was our favorite thus far in the past 3 years visiting the area (several times a year)! It’s no small thing to find a home where a family of 9 can comfortably play & sleep! We knew waking up to that view of Mt Blanca would be magnificent but pictures cannot capture it fully. And roasting smores around the gorgeous fire pit under those Blanca stars is what our Wonder Years with the children are made of! This momma also loved having access to cleaning products to tidy up through the week! I love being able to keep a beautiful home beautiful! This home had wonderful extra amenities like fresh farm eggs & s’more supplies! I also have to include that we saw wild horses up close one morning and an entire herd of deer moving through the valley! We didn’t want to leave! The hosts were incredible, kind and always available. We will look forward to our next stay here!

Loved Patrick's place! The camper is well-maintained and has everything you need. The outdoor hangout area with gas fire pit, zero gravity chairs, tables and grill was awesome -- especially at night for gazing at the millions of stars! It was such an easy 10 minute drive to the sand dunes -- we went twice! Patrick was very kind, thoughtful and quick to respond -- a great host! Definitely a great place to stay when visiting the sand dunes.

Celina’s place was exactly as described! We were here for a girls trip with my 3-year old daughter as well, and it felt like a very safe space for a toddler to roam around and also enjoy a girls trip. We also cooked all our meals during our stay and there was everything you needed for cooking and baking. The hot tub was amazing! I would love to come again!

This home is lovely, comfortable and quirky. It feels like a mountain home, though it sits right beside highway 160 in Ft. Garland. That made it exceptionally convenient to all the San Luis Valley had to offer for those getting away for a few days of relaxation. The people in Ft. Garland and Blanca were welcoming and friendly. Maria was helpful and responded quickly to our questions. It was a wonderful stay.

This was our family's 2nd stay at this property, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again. The location is very private and secluded, with beautiful views everywhere you look. You're only a few minutes from Great Sand Dunes Nat'l Park, and about a 30-ish minute drive to the hot spring pool. The house is quite large and provided private spaces for each of the 5 of us. The large kitchen has every amenity. There is a "no shoes inside" policy at this property, which is not an issue at all, and the carpet and flooring stay clean. The roads in the neighborhood are not paved, and are perfect for taking long walks where you might spot deer, rabbits and dozens of hummingbirds.

Can't say enough about how great the place was for us and our dogs. It was quiet, private, and the hosts provided so much. I was beyond impressed. There was nothing we were in need of as far as amenities go. The responsiveness of the host was amazing as well. We were slightly unprepared for the Sand Dunes this time, but we would definitely stay again to give it another go!

This was a beautiful place to stay and a good location to get to many of the attractions in the San Luis Valley. They had everything we needed in the house and were kind and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved the house, and the property was gorgeous. However, I think there was some deferred maintenance on the house. The kitchen could have been cleaner. Overall, the beauty of the surroundings and the privacy made our vacation worth every penny.
