Beyond this private nest are 360 degree views of the Sangre de Christo Mountains, the Rio Grande Gorge, spectacular sunset displays & miles of walking & bike trails.

Front and back porch perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, quiet get away. There is some equipment on property, We have a shop area in the back of the property we use occasionally but it is a good distance away. NO AC

The cozy house is located on our family ranch where you are within walking distance of fishing on the Rio Grande River or can enjoy seeing lots of different animals such as farm animals and wildlife. Beautiful working ranch in south central Colorado with gorgeous mountain and ranch views. This is an old farmhouse that has been renovated several times over the years so there are some quirks. The middle bedroom has no access to a bathroom unless they are walking through one of the other bedrooms. You can choose the wood burning fireplace or furnace to heat your space. Excellent fiber optic WiFi.
