Ger's Lake View Studio Apartment On The Hill No 1

My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

Mountain Ash Cottage

The stone cottage which is over 250 years old has been recently renovated and retains its traditional style: stone and white-washed walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. Outside guests have their own patio and garden area with seating

Our elegant and peaceful garden lodge has stunning sea views and is located a 5 minute walk from two long beaches, Garrettstown and Garrylucas. The renowned gourmet town of Kinsale is less than ten minutes by car and the airport is just a 30 minutes drive. The local area is a mecca for surfers, swimmers, cyclists and those who just want to go for long peaceful walks on one of the many local beaches. The local village is Ballinspittle, which offers all the basics and a few surprises.

Self contained apartment just 10min walk from Blarney village and castle and 10-15 min drive from Cork city. Apt is attached to our own home with it's own entrance. Very clean and cosy. Douce Mountain cabin is a charming self contained little house situated at the foot of Douce Mountain. There is a living space with a stove and a kitchenette on the groundfloor . A ladder leads the loft with 2 beds. It is a very quiet place surrounded y nature. Our other guesthouse is about 100 metres further down . Our own farmhouse is about 500 metres away. It is ideal for someone looking for a very quiet place to relax and immerse themselves in nature.
