Everything was spot on, loved the house.

Booked on behalf of a contractor. The host made check-in super easy and the property was clean and tidy. I would suggest this host to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

Perfect little place with everything you need and want comes with a private gated parking spot.

The place was fantastic. I stayed with my son for 4 days and everything was absolutely fine. There is a nice cafe just below the building and food there is very good and this place i will for sure use next time if i will go to the same area again. I recommend this place to everyone.

A very clean, tidy and well equipped house. Great communication throughout the stay and very pleasant people to deal with. The only downside was the location, but we knew that before we took the property.

We were a family group of 8 and booked this home for a 2 day stay in Sunderland. The house is about a 15 minute walk from Sunderland town centre or a short drive and was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed (except for a hairdryer, we couldn’t find but which was listed in the amenities section). There were a few bits of messy plaster/unfinished paint but this had no impact on us. The hosts were very responsive and kept in touch before and during the stay to check we were ok. And it’s really good value for money for the size of the house, and if you are a larger group like us.

We wanted a base to visit The Beamish Museum and Newcastle, Jane’s house was in the middle of both. It’s a large mid terraced house which is quiet, warm and cosy. It has a very comfortable bed, good shower and well equipped kitchen, everything we needed for our stay.
