Spacious, clean and well appointed accommodation in a quiet area. Walkable into Aviemore centre with shops, bars & restaurants, about 15mins through the woods. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely family house in beautiful location with amazing views. Perfect for a large family. Well appointed kitchen with good selection of cooking options and plenty of crockery. Good areas for socialising and bonus 3 bathrooms. Perfectly situated for investigating Inverness and the Black Isle.

Que dire ? Tout était parfait. Le logement est très spacieux et très propre. Nous ne nous attendions pas a si bien. Le cottage est tellement confortable. Les hôtes sont charmants et sympathiques. Nous n'hésiterons pas a revenir lors d'un prochain voyage. Encore merci à vous 😀 grâce a vous nous garderons en plus un merveilleux souvenir de notre mariage

Great house in an amazing location and Karen couldn’t do enough for us to help us enjoy our stay. House was really well equipped with great quality fixtures and fittings - we slept really well in great comfort. Highly recommend this for a great place to chill out and explore the beautiful surroundings.

What can I say about this immaculate house... First, the host Tracey is very quick to respond. She is incredibly friendly and provided everything we needed to know about the house and the area. I met the friendly cleaner, Ellen, on my way out - she does an amazing job of keeping the place spotless!! I also met Vee, the next door neighbour who helps with the property and she was lovely. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the house was very easy to find. We ordered food from one of the recommended restaurants and it was delicious! Beds were very cozy and there is a tv in every room. Strong WiFi connection. Close to shopping and groceries. They're was a wonderful bottle of prosecco waiting for us when we arrived as well. I can't say enough good things about our stay!! Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything Tracey!! I would give this place an extra star if I could!!

Bethany’s place was lovely! It was super clean, spacious and worth every penny. On the other side - Bethany was super kind and pleasent. Definitely a place worth bookmarking to come again! 😍

WOW! The Gatehouse transported our family into a real life fairytale. My children loved climbing the spiral stairs and watching the pheasants that surround the property. The house is nicely renovated on the inside and charming on the outside. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Amy, for the hospitality, especially for the lovely gift basket!
