Centrally located in the peaceful Park Hill neighborhood and newly remodeled while preserving all of the vintage charm of this 1950s triplex. You are renting 1 of the 3 units in the triplex but have the entire unit to yourself. Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertop, retro fridge, & stove. The bedroom has a king bed and workspace area. The living room has a giant 65" TV and sleeper sofa for sleeping additional guests. Guests have access to fully fenced-in backyard/patio area.

Situated near Lake Fort Smith, with beautiful mountain views, our lodge features a very secluded and roomy place for your larger families or groups. The lodge comfortably sleeps 12 adults and is equipped with 2 kitchens, 2 full baths, 2 spacious living rooms equipped with large screen TVs, 2 dining areas, pool table, foosball table, 1 formal dining area, washer/dryer, 5 bedrooms and a hot tub.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
