Come enjoy the spacious Hilltop Cottage located near the gorgeous Lake Margrethe! Conveniently located 2 walking blocks from the waters edge and close to snowmobile and ORV trails, this cottage has everything needed for a great up-north getaway. Located a 1/4 mile from the snowmobile trails you can ride from the front door to the trails, or from the trailhead nearby (see photos for proximity). Road end lake access, as well as 1.2 miles from the only public boat launch and state park on the lake.

No extra cleaning fee! Amazing waterfront retreat at Maggie Grayling's Lake House, 15 minutes from Grayling, Michigan on Lake Margrethe. In warm weather, step to our private beach on a clear, sandy-bottom lake perfect for swimming, wading, fishing, boating, etc. When the weather cools off, enjoy miles of trails for walking, ATVs, and snowmobiles. Ski at Hansen Hills or bundle up and go ice fishing. We are about 10 minutes from the Manistee and Au Sable for fly fishing, canoeing, and tubing.

If you are into trail riding/snowmobiling you can access the trails easily from the home. There is a fire-pit to sit around enjoying s'mores. Cozy, newly renovated 1BR cabin on the grounds of Kin Cabins. Amenities include an electric indoor fireplace, shared outdoor fire pits, and a canoe and two kayaks. Kin Cabins sits one street behind Lake Margrethe, with nearby road-end access to the lake. Grayling is a perfect place to visit anytime of the year with local attractions including canoe/kayak rental, riding trails, Hartwick Pines State Park, Hanson Hills, and the Manistee and Ausable rivers.

Take a breath taking walk through our 1000 foot trail of 100 year old Cedar trees along side of the AuSable River. Located in the small town of Lovells Michiganin the northern lower peninsula of Michigan and known for its high water quality, scenery, coldwater fishery and Snowmobile and ORV trails.

Private dock, kayaks, campfire, picnic table, cable TV, private bath and one bedroom with a queen size bed. Lake Margrethe is a beautiful 1920 acre all sports lake, which has nearly 3 miles of undeveloped State of Michigan shoreline. This smoke free cabin sleeps two and is ideal for a couple's private getaway.
