This is the perfect retreat especially for larger families. Lots of space inside and out. Close to beach/lake access. Very homey. We will be back.

Very quiet neighborhood, close to Hansen Hills for skiing, close enough to town to make access to restaurants and shops easy. Comfortable space, nice to have decent knives, pots and pans. Very roomy!

Gerald was a great host. Everything we needed was there. Water, Hot shower, internet and a tv. What more does one need for a short up north getaway lol. Love the area also. Been going up to that area for a few years now. The people in town are the nicest people in the world and the food spots are great. That you for a great weekend and maybe another stay at your place in the future, Jason and Misty Simpson

the host was very responsive and friendly. our second night the power went out due to an ice storm and he refunded us which was much appreciated. very clean and comfy. the beds were really comfy too. id definitely recommend renting this home

We loved staying here! The place is clean, cute, well stocked, and reasonably priced. It is right on the water and the kayak rentals are right next door. The best part was the hosts who were incredibly kind, flexible, and responsive - they even left us a pie as a welcome! I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo that was very cozy for me and my partner. Everything was spotless and we really enjoyed using the grill. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice gateway!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and babymoon trip. It’s such a great location, only an hour from Petoskey and 30 minutes from Traverse City, as well as nearby nature parks to enjoy. We loved being able to go out kayaking on the lake as well! It’s extremely peaceful here, and the Airbnb is so thoughtfully stocked with everything you’d need. It was probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever been to, great care was taken with every area. Fawn is incredibly kind and was quick to respond with any question we had. We absolutely loved it here, and would happily return!

Jeffrey was a great and responsive host! The place was right near a lot of great restaurants and stores downtown Gaylord.

It was a perfect location; having pool access was excellent during the summer, and the host was very responsive and friendly.

Our stay at Spillway was wonderful. The amenities and location made for the perfect weekend get-away. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

What a beautiful facility, we truly enjoyed our stay at Spillway Lodges. The thoughtful and trendy design was welcoming and comfortable and the unit was well appointed. Location is very walkable to downtown Bellaire. Highly recommend staying at Spillway on your next trip to Bellaire!

My children, My husband, and I, had an absolute blast! Richard’s cabin was the perfect place to spend our fall break vacation. It was 20 mins from downtown Grayling and 45 mins from downtown Gaylord, It felt secluded and like home. Would keep in mind for anyone booking that the wifi isn’t the best it’s very spotty but for us we wanted to disconnect a bit, so it wasn’t a big deal. Place was very clean, and host was very helpful. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a private little getaway!

My teenagers and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Twinkle lights make everything cozier, especially with views of the river. We liked having fires in the evening and listening to bird calls. I bought some art at the Village downtown and also recommend Grayling restaurant and the bookstore next door. Great way to relax and reconnect as a family and with nature. We would stay here again.

Jim’s cabin was fantastic! Colleen was very helpful and made everything so easy for both check in and check out. Property is beautiful and both the grounds and the cabin are expertly maintained. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway

We loved our stay! It is a great location, but there is a lot to do just on the property. It is a very clean and spacious home.

If you are looking for an awesome place close to Gaylord and Grayling this is it! Old cabin with hunting/outdoor vibes! Will hopefully be back for some river fly fishing this spring!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to ride the local ORV trails. Absolutely beautiful location, great and endless riding opportunities, and we honestly loved the lack of wifi. We used the chat cards game to just go through topics and really felt more connected this weekend. Thank you for sharing your lovely cabin with us, we would 100% recommend staying here and will likely return in the future.

Beautiful place. Host was very sweet and accommodating. Only difficulty was in finding the place as google maps showed wrong directions twice. Other than that, everything else was great
