You will have access to a pool, hot tub, bike storage and building laundry *The room can accommodate up to 3 guests - 2 adults and an infant (king bed and a pack n play). Paradise on Prospect is a luxury apartment located along Elcho Park Trail in exclusive Prospect development. Off-season rates are automatically discounted in the calendar to make stays more accessible for smaller groups. For parties larger than 2 guests (over 24 months), an additional per-person, per-night fee applies and is reflected in the booking total. This pricing structure allows us to remain competitive while offering fair rates for both couples and larger groups using more of the space.
