Newly refurbished static caravan with an unobstructed sea view to die for. There isn’t a better place to watch the sun rise on a Summers morning. Access to all of Parkdean Resorts facilities including restaurant, clubhouse, and swimming pool by purchasing a pass from reception. Sleeps 6 people: 1 double, 2 singles, 1 pullout bed in the living room. Dog friendly, but no smoking allowed. TV in living room and double bedroom. Kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine. "HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

This stylish Edwardian terraced house is perfect for couples or a family. On the edge of Durham Heritage Coastline & Castle Eden Dene Nature Reserve. 8 mins walk to beaches & cliffs. On a clear day views as far as Blyth & Whitby. The sandy beach has wonderful rock formations & an abundance of sea glass after a high tide. Regular sightings of seal, dolphin, deer and rare birds. Also the beach is the location of the final scenes of Get Carter with Michael Caine & Britt Ekland (1970).

We have beautiful sea views and the holiday home is situated on the quieter part of the park, and watching the sunrise from the balcony is breath taking. There is a shared swimming pool on site that is open 6 per week Tuesday to Sunday.
