Great view on 5th floor. Between 2 entrances to parking garage. Can easily park on 5th level but takes time negotiating tight turns in parking garage. 4 elevators so never waited long for one. Has an adjoining room for more space. Stove top has 2 burners and adequate for small cooking. Nonstick skillet worked well without oil. New paper towel roll and tissues so no concern of germs. Full frig was nice and has an ice bin to store ice but ice maker does not work. Soap provided smells lovely. Full size coffee maker. Furniture recently painted and surface not fully cured. Need coasters. Beach towels provided was nice. Couch also pulls out for another double bed with estra bedding in closet. Pillows very comfy. Right next to Waterman's Restaurant with newly redone patio garden seating. Beach in front is undergoing renovation and need to go north or south of building. On site bike rental. Indoor pool nice and roof top pool too with bar. Excellent property.

Great location! We could mostly walk everywhere. WiFi was a little sketchy. My anti-virus didn't like it. Shower rod needs to be remounted.

Great place and location. It’s not the Fountain Blu in Miami. lol . But it’s nice enough! Great views. Clean building and suite. Comfortable beds , That’s the main thing

Very happy overall with the experience. The resort is clean, and provided a lot of great amenities. The staff was friendly and helped with anything we needed. Peter was great with communication and answered any questions before, during or after our stay. Looking forward to staying again.

The place is fantastic,Clean and I loved everything about this place! The only thing I have a suggestion for this place is the checking out time 10:00 Am is little to early that’s all.

The stay was wonderfully relaxing, quiet, plenty to do and see in the area as well. Peter was very communicative and professional. We would stay here again in the future!

Beautiful view of the beach, pleasant staff at resort, clean kitchen and pleasant decor. Might need a mattress pad for the pull out sofa, its quite hard. Would stay here again.

Our first experience with an AIR BNB was amazing, thanks to Jessica! Her communication was beyond wonderful! The room rented fulfilled everything that was promised and when a concern arose early on she gave the best advice on how to handle the situation. If/when given the opportunity to work/rent from her again I strongly look forward to doing so!

My family loved it here! This was a very nice place to stay right on the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Rooms were nice, somewhat dated in decor but pleasant. Smaller in person that it appears is photos. Location good as not in the super crowded part of town. Pool area somewhat small for volume of people. Beach is great. AC unit in the larger unit malfunctioned but they came immediately and replaced it! Impressed with the maintenance staff!

Everything went as smooth as expected. It was clean centrally, located, and easy to find . We have already discussed going back in the future. Jessica was friendly and easy to contact when needed, and very responsive. At this location, the staff was amazing. Desmond works at the front desk and gave us an amazing suggestion for dinner and Quinn also works at the front gave me a suggestion for breakfast. Both were amazing and we ended up eating dinner at the restaurant five nights while we were there I believe it was called 21st Street Seafood Company.
