Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Just ten minutes from Inverness town centre we are in a beautiful rural location on the Black Isle. Finished to a high standard, our bright and airy property has excellent facilities, and is somewhere you can relax, and use as your base for walking, cycling, or touring. We have a large garden which you are welcome to use, and a secure shed for cyclists to store bikes.

Culnaskeath Farmhouse Cottage is an extension built in 1993, and blends in with the original house (1860). It's a cozy cottage with a wood-burning stove, two double bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The upstairs landing has a desk and single bed. The house has views over to the Black Isle, the Cromarty Firth and across to the Cairngorm mountains in the south. Behind our house are six miles of forest tracks. From these, you can see Ben Wyvis in the west.

You’ll love this place because of the privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is great for groups of friends & family.
