This space is just as described and looks just like the photos. I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to their home; I’m sure it was stated in the description, but we missed it. However, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The space is very private. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off to this location. It’s about a 13 minute drive from Broadway.

Very nice place. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is convenient to almost everything in Nashville but far enough away from the busyness of the city to relax. It was very quiet there and we heard no noise from the neighbors. The beds were comfortable and place was clean. Having 2.5 baths was great to have when everyone was getting dressed.

The home is amazing and the pictures are 100% accurate. Beautiful rooftop views of the city with a hot tub. Lots of shops within 20min and close to downtown. Drew is an awesome host and very responsive. Looking forward to staying again.

This was my best friend and I's second trip to Nashville.. we originally had another place booked but I found Brandon and Staci's last minute and switched. We loved the location and the amenities that the building had! The apartment was super clean and we loved that it had toiletries and laundry soap and everything (even though we brought our own now we know for next time). I would highly recommend this place and the hosts were more than responsive and quickly always making sure everything was top tier! We hope to stay with them again next year!

Cool “Loft style” stay in the heart of the action! As shown and described. Easy in and out. Parking is a bit pricey, but appears to be the trend across the Broadway area of Nashville now. Might be worth it to park outside the area and ride share over to start the stay. Everything you want to do is easily walkable. Printers Alley is directly behind the building and Broadway is blocks away. Starbucks is next door for morning coffee with plenty of dining options close by.

We've stayed in a lot of houses and this one was our favorite. We had four couples and everyone loved that they had their own bathroom. There was ample space to gather as a group (e.g., on the rooftop patio, around the huge kitchen island, the kitchen table, and three large sofa sitting rooms). The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The beds were so comfortable and their were plenty of linens. Mostly, you could really tell from all the little touches that they really wanted us to be comfortable in their home. We hope to come back sooner than later.

This was an amazing place to stay. We wanted to stay four or five days longer however it was already booked but we were there almost three weeks. We had plenty of space, they communicated well and gave good instructions. I would definitely use this place again would be wonderful in the summer. I loved being a bit away from the city as well.

It was perfect for us! Our event was at the Nashville Fairgrounds. Very close drive! The house is close to some excellent restaurants and shopping. Very clean , comfortable snd tasteful. We had a great time.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cindy’s place. The house is decorated beautifully and it is oh so cozy and comfortable. My family loved playing games and there were many thoughtful touches such and s’mores supplies and a cute Christmas ornament. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!
