A fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar with seating for 3. Large bath with laundry. One queen bed downstairs and two twins upstairs. The Loft on Court is a downtown loft apartment with a unique style that's bound to impress. Having been vacant since the 70's, it was first renovated as a boutique retail space in 2012. After 10 years of success, the owners felt that it was time to downsize and create a rental space for others to enjoy. The retail space is still located below with home accessories, seasonal decór, and clothing.
