It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. Paddocks view is a spacious two bedroom bungalow in the hamlet of Treworgans, Cubert, 10 minutes from the busy resort of Newquay. Paddocks View comfortably sleeps 5 people making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Paddocks View comprises of an open plan lounge with smart TV and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, main bedroom with double bed and large ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds and a main bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

A lovely annex in Cornish village close to beaches

This property is situated in a small village, set on the north coast of Cornwall which is renowned for its beautiful surfing beaches and coastal walks. The closest beach 'Holywell' is a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk and there are many more fantastic beaches in the vicinity. Truro, Perranporth and Newquay as well as the airport are all within 20 mins drive, Eden Project 40 mins and the A30 is 7 min away. Great for couples all year around for mid-season walking holidays and get away winter breaks.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
